Moeller Bros Body Shop is super kind, professional, & trustworthy! I was sent their information from my insurance company when my catalytic converter was stolen but this was not my family's first time working with them. My dad used to also bring my sister's car here for repairs and we always had a positive experience. They coordinated with my insurance company to review the work that needed to be done on my car and also all the fine details I honestly didn't really understand at first - but they were patient with me and always answered any questions I had. I always felt like I was well-informed on what was going on and if I felt like I needed to contact them I could always call. They can be super busy, however, so sometimes it might be hard to get a lot of information on the phone (but that's totally understandable). When I came to sign the paperwork and also to pick up my car when repairs were finished they continued to be honest and direct about how often these thefts have been happening lately and the options I had, if I wanted to take them, to try to make reoccurrence less likely. They were also really honest and blunt with me about how much damage was done to my car and even though it wasn't great to hear, this information was truly valuable and I would rather work with someone who will tell it to me straight than sugarcoat the truth. Anyways, TLDR; They're super kind, professional, honest, and trustworthy. About a month ago I was in an accident and a friend recommended I contact Moeller brothers to have them repair my vehicle. Todd contacted me immediately and got a tow truck out to me within a few hours on a busy Friday. He kept me updated every few days even though it was impossible to get ahold of my insurance adjuster. His customer service is beyond excellent. He definitely went above and beyond his job duties to help me get a hold of my insurance and to make sure everything was done properly. Unfortunately, my car was totaled, but even knowing this, he continued to help me without any benefit to himself. Brought our car in for work, they repaired the car visibly well. However when the car entered the shop for repair it was noted by their estimator to have 962 miles LESS than it had coming out of the shop somehow. When contacted their explanation was (i'll paraphrase), 'we have 2 other cars of the same model and year and color with mileage within a 1000 miles of your car and we mistakenly entered the mileage of one of the other cars while writing the estimate'. This is all ACTUALLY what happened, now for my commentary. I worked in a body shop for 7 years, not a single time did I or any of the estimators ever confuse the mileage of one vehicle for the mileage of another, alike or not. This shows a lack of organization and care on their end that I can't overlook, and also raises the unnecessary question, where did those miles come from if in fact that was the correct reading on the odometer at the time of repair? I will NEVER take my car here again, based on this shops actual history with trucks (do a little googling) when their competitors are so much more organized and I won't have to worry about mishandling of critical insurance documentation or the wellbeing of my car mechanically while I repair the car cosmetically with said competitors. Look for mike if you see this guy he has a pair of angel wing and a halo cuz that's how honest he is! Brought in a widebody challenger with few scuffs in the bumper told me don't waste my time and money just get it detailed and it will come off! The process from start to finish was literally seamless. Communication between the insurance company to both the car rental and repair shop was not stressful at all. What i loved about the shop is they literally keep you updated via an online progress system that shows real time progress from the breakdown per category of repairs down to the dollar amount. You're able to view the total cost to you as the customer an the total cost that will be billed to your insurance. Vince was amazing, customer service was the best all staff members were pretty nice and professional. When i picked my car up it was cleaned inside and out and I even got to leave my rental car at the shop and not have to worry myself with having to drop it back off with the rental company. VERY disappointed with this place. After hearing such nice things of Moeller Bros I thought I would bring my car in to have the bumper repaired after someone hit my car while backing up. I came in on December 17th. An Estimator named Manny came to take a look at my vehicle when I first met him he seems like he really knew what he was doing he looked at it was great care and took photos. However, he mentioned to me that he was very busy and would not be able to get me a quote on the spot. I totally understood and I gave him my email address and said please email it over to me when you have a chance. He stated he would send it over to me on Monday... That never happened. I followed up two other times that week and never heard back. I left voicemails and I talk to another guy on the phone in which he was quick to pass me off. I explained the situation to the gentleman and stated that I was not getting help from Manny and yet he still decided not to help me. Fast forward... I waited until the week of the 27th And called back. Still NOTHING! No call backs! No response! At this point I feel like I'm being purposely ignored. FINALLY I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the holidays were overwhelming, so I call back AGAIN January 3rd! Manny finally answered and apologized for not getting back to me. I was ready to forgive. He PROMISED to get me the quote that day. I even sent him an email... he responded (so I know he received my email). But still no estimate. I called on jan 4th to follow up. NOTHING. Emailed on jan 5th NOTHING. At this point I give up! They OBVIOUSLY don't want my business. I definitely feel a big part of why I was not given the time of day was because the repair was not a large repair and not covered by insurance (as I was going to pay out of pocket). From what I have heard, they cannot tack on the extra fees to individuals paying out of pocket... Or maybe they are sexist.. my husband did tell me most body shops don't like dealing with women. Lemme tell you a story of how I ended up here. It was Monday morning. I came back from a much-needed trip to Vegas the night before. But this wasn't just *any* Monday morning. I had two VERY important back-to-back interviews on this particular Monday. So here I am, feeling myself and ready to take on the world, only to walk out to a HEART ATTACK!! I saw the damage to my BRAND NEW car literally MINUTES before my interview and it took EVERYTHING for me to not fuck it up with my tom foolery, but I composed myself real good if you ask me, even though I didn't get the job. But anyway, it had to be one of my bitch ass neighbors, and I got a feeling which one, because the damage definitely wasn't there the night before. They wasn't trying to admit to NOTHING, so I had to take the L and go through my insurance. So a big F you to them. The brother-in-law recommended Moeller Bros. and of course I took his word for it since his life is cars and he's "picky" when it comes to any type of work done on his cars. Hit up my insurance, got connected with Carlos, and dropped my baby off an hour later. Here's a timeline of my 7-day repair (not including the weekend): Thursday (11/30): Drop-off. Got a call from my claims adjuster to notify me that he was going to inspect the car Friday. Friday (12/1): Claims adjuster goes to the body shop, does his thing, calls me at the end of the day with an estimate and timeframe. Tuesday (12/5): I call thinking that the car is ready for pickup, but there was some miscommunication with my claims adjuster and it was actually going to be ready the following Tuesday. Carlos confirms the estimate, asks for my approval, we're all set for the repairs. Monday (12/11): Carlos leaves me a voicemail giving me a status update and confirming that we're right on schedule. Much appreciated! Tuesday (12/12): Carlos gives me a call in the afternoon to let me know my baby was ready for pick-up! Paid my dues and had Brett briefly walk me through the work that was done. My Pegasus is as good as new, as he should be. They took out my floor mats and forgot to put them back in, so I had to drive back and pick them up, which was kind of annoying with the traffic picking up and all. But overall, I was VERY pleased with the job and service. Carlos and his team couldn't have made the experience any more pleasant and stress-free and was very friendly through the entire process. So glad to have my baby back. My car rental was weak as hell. I hope we never have to come back, but if we do, we know we're in good hands. I would NOT recommend this company. I was given an estimate and after 2 weeks had not heard back from this company about scheduling to get my car repaired. I called at least 6 times (7) probably) and asked to speak to the rep Brett, out of those times I actually spoke to him once and he was going to check on ordering the part to fix my car and call me back. I never heard from him. The other times I called a very pleasant woman answered the phone and put me on hold, all to come back to tell me she would get him the message that I had called. Not a good experience. We needed a bumper replaced and tried to work it out to have work done within one week and we were told we could bring it in on Monday and it would be done on Friday. As of Thursday the bumper was not even on the premises. The communication was poor. My husband had to call them for any information needed. As of this afternoon 4:00 pm it's still not ready to be picked up. If you're in need of having your car back expeditiously you might look for another place. STILL the best auto body experience. 09/12/18: A year later since my 1st review. My car was back with Moeller Bros due to some idiot hitting me on the highway after he cut off off a semi truck - totally destroyed the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper. The guys at this shop again surpassed all my expectations and helped deal with the adjuster at AAA who was trying to write my car off as a total loss! The work they did was excellent. You can't even tell they replaced the whole quarter panel, bumper and taillight. They even touched up some chipped paint on my front bumper without charging, which was a classy move. My car is now back to 100% (looks even BETTER than it did before the accident!). HUGE thanks!....but hopefully this time it will be longer than 10 months before I see you guys again. :) read more

The entire team at Moeller Bros was as impressive to me as was possible, and I have really high expectations where my $ and my car are involved. Brought my car in to have my roof repainted since the old clear coat and such were breaking down. From the initial discussion, estimate, plan for repairs I was a little hesitant because I have a sun/moon roof that would need to be removed for proper repainting and other labor that was stated as necessary to do this project the right way. Long story short, I didn't expect the project to result in 100% satisfaction with end result and all interactions of the staff. The paint matching was spot on, attention to detail was perfect, and my car detailed upon my arrival. And bonus, the estimate had a couple line items that turned out to not be necessary so the cost ended up being less than expected. My trusted mobile detailer recommend them and glad he did, I wont go anywhere else, should the need arise. This was an easy 5 star rating. read more

As someone who has worked in customer service for over four years the lack of customer service from this establishment is quite honestly mind blowing to me. I would honestly rate this establishment a 0 if I could. As someone who has gotten their car crashed before and didn't do their research accordingly, didn't think I would find myself in the same situation yet again. Upon taking my car in due to being rear ended. There were no interior damages to my car let alone there being rips on the driver seat. What do I think happened ... that a worker must have gotten into the car with a tool in their back pocket and ripped it. From what I have seen since leaving my car there is that they go ahead and take pictures of the damages to the car and take pictures from the inside of the car to get some further information from the driver side. Said pictures would show that there was in fact no damage to the driver seat. When picking up the car on July 22 they kindly let me know I did have a flat tire and put air in the wheel but made me sign off acknowledging that it was unsafe to drive until the tires were changed from how bad the flat tire was. Therefore I did not move the car on the 22 and on the 23 when I was going to go to see if a shop would change my tires upon opening the door I saw the rips on the seat. I did call multiple times to try to get this issue resolved by asking to speak to the owner and every time that would happen they would transfer the call over to his office line and it would send me to his voicemail. Which I did in fact leave a voicemail but never got a call back. So I reached out again and they finally let me know he was on vacation, something that could have been established from the beginning but their lack of communication didn't allow for that to be said. After multiple attempts of them blowing off my call and never getting a forward answer I went in person on August 29. I spoke to the owner to which he said that it was his first time hearing about the car seat incident. He did in fact try to gaslight me by saying that he called me earlier that day when I did not in fact receive a call from him and upon showing him my call log on my phone he then changed it to he tried to leave me a voicemail and it said it wasn't set up yet. I did let him know that was quite funny of him to say because when I had my car in the shop they had no problem calling me with updates and leaving me voicemails. I asked if he called me from his iphone he was holding to which he responded yes so I asked to see his call log to prove he had called me but instead he just opened up a text from someone giving him my name and number. And once again, changed it to saying he called me from the work phone from inside. So again I asked for proof and he said he couldn't because it was an old phone...what a coincidence don't you think. My dad did try to express to him in the best way possible seeing is how English isn't his first language about the situation about calling multiple times and never getting a response and the owners words were to stop him mid sentence and told him to speak to him in a different way...his voice was not raised nor was he speaking to him in a disrespectful matter. He then finally came to the conclusion that they would fix it and would reach out to see who would be able to fix it for them and the latest he would reach out to me was by September the 7th. Again I did not get a response and waited till the 19th to call and ask. Upon asking if the owner was there I was placed on a brief hold for 29 mins when suddenly someone accidentally picked it up and said Moeller... and realized it was me placing me on hold again and then it said i need some password for the call and they hung up on me. I did reach out to the owner about the issue through text which he ignored. I then got a text from a number on October the 3rd letting me know they would fix it but again never got a call from them. On November 2nd I texted that number asking for an update on it and got ignored. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let the holidays pass but have yet to receive any form of indication that they'll be finally doing anything about it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and if there is one yelp review you should take into account it should be this one. read more

I have been waiting for a replacement part for my vehicle since October 2022 (accident occurred in July 2022), I found out today that the part was wrong and a refund would be sent back to AAA. Another replacement part was installed incorrectly on my vehicle, I found this out when I took my car to FH Dailey for repairs that were not completed. I was quite skeptical about going to this place after reading the first review. However I wanted to check it out myself. Let me be clear, if your insurance is paying for everything I am sure this place would be fine. Because it's not your dime. Let me explain.... I brought my car in with some bumper damage. Someone backed into my bumper and scuffed it up. No dent, just paint came off. I have a silver car so no flashy paint schemes. First off, the customer service was poor. 3 people were sitting in the office. I walk in and ask for help. They all point me to the old man on the phone. So two people are doing nothing and I have to wait for the old man to finish typing whatever he is typing. I sat for a good 10 minutes. Now if it was me I'd rather help the person who is at my store. I can finish typing later. But that's just me. He finally comes out. Does not speak to me. Looks at the area to be fixed for a few seconds and spends 5 minutes taking photos of my whole car and vin number and what not. We go back in the store and I wait again. The paint chipping is only about 5" wide and 5 " long. He recommended me to replace the entire bumper. WTF! For a small paint chip he wants me to replace the entire bumper. If insurance was paying for it hell yeah right? But no, this is ridiculous. I thanked him for his time and left. I went to 4 different places before finding a good one and it was cheaper by 75 percent. Don't go here. It's over priced. ,,, , read more

Was sent to this body shop through my insurance (Farmers) for their Guaranteed Repair Program. Pretty responsive on the phone, took my car in the same day of the accident/claim and set me up with a rental car. I think I spent a total of less than 1 hour here from dropping off the car and picking it up. They update you with the repair progress through a text/website link and I didn't really have to think about or worry about anything the whole time. Overall process was easy and smooth but maybe this is due to the Guaranteed Repair Program from Farmers. Only complaint was that their communication was quite limited. I didn't really bother with asking too many questions but they didn't really try to explain the work that was done. I even had to call them to confirm my pick-up because the text said it'd be ready @ 7 PM when their shop was closed so I had to call them myself to confirm they are ready. They said they'd call me to confirm on the day of but in the end they didn't and I just showed up around 4 PM and fortunately it was ready. read more

The shop was recommended by a friend. I took my car here for some front and collision damage. Nothing major, pretty much headlight and fender. aftermarket parts were used. I was unhappy with the final product. Also, the brand new headlight they had installed was scratched, I ended up speaking to Todd who said he was the owner. He said he will get this fixed from me right away. There was a miscommunication they had some guy named Vince, working there, who look like he hated the world I wasn't getting a response from them. six months later Todd reached out to me. And so did someone named Michael they ordered the oem parts And the new headlight They ended up, refinishing the whole front end of my car and polishing one of my headlights which looked old. at first I was really upset. I was going to give them a bad review, but Todd did go out of his way to make things right I was actually surprised Todd went above and beyond what he had to do to make things right which I really appreciate not many shops are willing to do this he still had a good attitude and a smile on his face. Would I go back here again? I personally would go back to after seeing the way Todd handled the situation. I'm really picky when it comes to bodywork and finishes so I guess I'm considered "one of those". Moller brothers and its team is actually pretty good. Hands down one of the most stressful yet greatest experiences! Carlos went above and beyond to help me get my car taken care of and the finish result is great. I finally decided to get the hood of my car fixed after a boat fell on it (silly, i know) but Carlos did the estimate and sent it to my insurance and everything went sooo smoothly! It took about a week because of course they had to order the part and then paint it but the speed of the process was amazing! I had to claim this through an old insurance company that I had and Carlos answered every question I had! I picked up my car when it was completed and was on my way. Only to find my car getting keyed a week later at the mall!! So back to a shop it needed to go! I have AAA insurance now and Moeller Bros wasn't in network for them but my experience the first time was so amazing I didn't mind the extra day I needed to get it cleared but once again Carlos helped and made it super easy!!
