He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. And I didn't feel like driving to Cedar Hill or Arlington so I stuck it out. Our company has a corporate account with them and he said "well we're franchise so we don't do that ". He replaced the batteries and it seemed like it bothered him to do it. Last time I visit this place. Keep "your franchise " to yourself. I've been to batteries plus in Arlington, Mansfield and Cedar Hill and all of those have been awesome. For a new store you might want to re-evaluate your employees.
