I hope I am not messing this name up. But Siddiq was amazing. He immediately started looking at ways to save me money. He wanted to make sure I was happy and I left with a better screen on my iPhone as the last guy in Dallas that fixed it used the cheapest screen he could and charged a lot. Needless to say, this is where you want to go to get your items fixed! Had a great conversation and felt like it was important to him that I felt like family. I truly will not go anywhere else as long as they are around. Heck, I was even given a water while I waited the 20 min that ended up taking less than 10. I shopped in the store for a new phone case (they have a great selection), as he repaired the phone, cleaned it all up, put a new tempered glass shield (free) on it and the new cover I'd chosen. Worst experience of my adult life for any repair period. Had to get my phone repaired quickly as I was leaving on a cruise. I was by the tech there were 2 options for my S24Ultra- the "cheap" option or the option to use the factory screen. The difference as it was explained ot me was that the cheap screen is prone to glitches, the factory would come with a lifetime warranty. Paid $303.10. Due to the trip I felt I had little options as it was a Sunday and they were open. Got it back, took it home and charged it and left the next day. I noticed there was a line in the middle of screen and tiny "dot". My camera or flashlight did not work either. I was not able to take a single photo. When I returned to get it resolved I was met with sheer stupidity. Among the many things I was told as to why it would not be re-worked to a proper working state, I was told that the warranty did not cover cracks, only "glitches". A line across my screen is not a crack it's a glitch, if my phone and camera don't work, it's a glitch. In a back and forth, I was told 1. The person who worked on it was "stupid" and was fired, among other reasons because he didn't charge full price for the service (over $300.00!!!) 2. The same "stupid" tech lied to me, there were never two options. only the expensive factory option. (Scam 1) 2. $300.00 was not a lot of money 3. Was asked "why I broke it"?? 4. Was asked "why did you bring it here"??? 5. Accused me of somehow creating the line across my screen myself. 6. Offered no explanations on why my camera and flashlight didn't work. 7. Was told I would be charged FULL PRICE for another screen I read other posts that makes me feel this is a scam (SCAM 2). A warranty that doesn't cover cracks only "glitches" is just plain obsurd. I took my phone there for what I thought was a bad battery. However, the guy told me it wasn't my battery but it was my screen and promised it would be repaired in two days. I gave them 4 days and called in which I was told he couldn't repair it. I went to pick it up. My phone wasn't even put back together and it wasn't the same guy. This guy told me that he would call me back to give me an update. I never received a call. I had to call two days later to ask about my phones' condition. A different guy told me I could pick it up. I went in to pick it up and he acted like I was going to steal my own phone. Whenever I went to touch it he moved it back toward him. What this is my phone! This place looks nice on the surface. This place does very poor workmanship. They blame you for their poor workmanship and make up all kinds of excuses not to provide you with quality service. They also don't put the right equipment on your device. Device fell apart after pickup and they did not want to fix there mistake. Device screen was also not clear and still had issues after pickup. You will be sorry if you take anything here to get fixed. They will not fix the device correctly and then they will blame you for it and charge you an expensive amount. Run away and take your devices somewhere else. This is not the place. Don't believe the positive reviews. They also argue with you when you try to get them to fix your device correctly. Scam of a place. Don't give them your hard earned money. You will have to end up going some where else to get your devices fixed the right way. They messed up several devices and did not correct their mistake. They wanted to charge again for not doing it correctly the first time. Run fast to someone else and let them fix your device.
