The food was good. I like how you can get your own sauces and stuff. We had got chicken burrito with onions peppers, salsa, corn, basically that works rice a little bit of ladder, then go with everything in it with a double chicken and quesadillas loaded the service was nice the order ahead of time so we got there. It was ready and warm beyond the office is cute. Like I said you could get your own sources. I love that part because I didn't know what sauce to get and on the side they have tons of sauce and salsa, and you could take home with you. read more

Moes has fresh food fast. My kids enjoy the quesadilla and I enjoy kids eat free on Sundays. I really like the fact that they make everything in front of you and use fresh ingredients. Their food is so much better than other fast food. They tend to put a lot of rice on the burrito, so I don't get rice because light rice is even too much here. The grilled onions and green peppers are super on the burrito. Try the chipotle ranch if you want a little kick on your burrito. And I can't wait to hear WELCOME TO MOES! read more

It's ok. The rice tasted a little underdone, too salty, and a little bland. Needed more cilantro and lime. The white meat chicken is good but lacking flavor. The steak was very tender but way too much liquid smoke. The chips are light and airy but needs a hint more salt. The guacamole I actually really liked but needed more cilantro. I like that they offered the salsas for the chips in their bar area so we could try each one. They also forgot a bag of our chips. The salsa verde is a little off. I think it's too watery. There's two red ones. The chunkier one tastes like a traditional Pace salsa you buy at the store which is fine. There's a fine red one that's very musky, I am not a fan of that type of salsa. Overall it was just bland and I feel like I could make it better at home, which I do. Everyone was very friendly though and followed Covid guidelines. read more

1st time writing a review but I was so disappointed with everything. Not sure what has changed but just left Moe's at Sandhills and will probably be going to their new competition down the street going forward. Before Covid, my wife and I would go there once or twice a week and it was great. The girls were rude and wanted to make my order the way they wanted and not the way I wanted. I asked for quesadilla without cheese and she started putting cheese so I said again, no cheese and she said "you wanted a quesadilla right"..... yes without cheese! Next girl, I started to say what I wanted and she waited and wanted me to tell her everything before adding anything to the order and of course she forgets something so I had to tell her again. Got to register and the girl throws my burrito, Queso in the bag over the tortillas crushing the tortillas chips????? I also left my change in their automatic change device as this is unfortunately not one bit hygienic when every single customer coming and going has to put their hand in there to get their change. I'd like to meet the smarta** corporate jerk that had the phenomenally idiotic idea of coming up with stupid menu item names and more stupidly deciding not to include descriptions. Ordering is extremely annoying for someone who is not a "regular" and even worse when you can barely understand the person taking the order and you must ask them to repeat themselves on half a dozen or so menu items' descriptions which in turn make you, the customer, look like the a**hole. Super inconvenient and a waste of everyone's time. Surely the customers behind me were getting aggravated which led me to feel rushed so I would not further inconvenience the other customers. How 'bout you corporate idiots do something as simple as including descriptions on your menu and then you may name your stupid food whatever you want! read more

If I'm being completely honest, I'll say that Moe's is just 'okay'. You won't ever find me or my husband raving about how great Moe's is like some other people. Maybe its because we find the food to be a little bland/boring, even with a variety of toppings and salsa. The rice and meat options could definitely be seasoned a little better. Its a little on the spendy side for burritos or rice bowls (usually what we get), especially considering how little meat they actually put in with the toppings. Plus, Moe's is ALWAYS busy and loud. We can never have a leisurely meal here. We try to finish quickly so the people standing around waiting for tables will have a place to sit. And there's usually a decent line of people at the drink machine (one of those newfangled Coke machines). This isn't necessarily the fault of Moe's, but its yet another reason why its just 'okay' instead of a first choice for us. read more

Moe Monday ($5 for any burrito and drink) is the best day to go. But its busy. Don't go Tuesday as this is kids night and great for giving you a migraine headache. Moe's might better classify as sustenance rather than cuisine but the free salsas are pretty good and the queso is also worth a try. They must pay their folks pretty well because I have been going there for years and you always see the same folks working. They do a bang up job getting your order out quick. I usually love Moe's! They have a good variety to satisfy whether or not I am in the mood for meat. This location has had some problems lately. Today, my salad was sloppily made. It contained large dry hunks of chicken, rather than the cubed chunks I am used to. I had to ask the server to put my salad in a shell. She said that I did not request it. I have never had to request a shell for my salad before. The salsa station was messy and some selections were basically empty. The same with the drink station. There were no low/no calorie selections available and the green tea dispenser was empty. There was trash in the fork holder. Even the usually cheery "Welcome to Moe's" was delivered by only one person who sounded half asleep! All in all, not a great dining experience and a waste of money. read more

Food is ok. Carmen, one of the servers, is extremely rude. Don't be fooled by the "Welcome to Moes!" She clearly does not mean it. It is as if she couldn't be bothered to show the slightest bit of courtesy to customers. It wasn't just us, several other customers did the omg- can -you -believe -her look. Some of our favorite selections are no longer on the menu. The portion sizes have decreased also. But they have a salsa bar with 5-6 varieties. We go every Mondsy, never been disappointed good services and great foods. I been order on line and it been super service. My first experience at Moe's Southwestern Grill was in Orlando,Fl a few weeks ago. I ordered a chiclen bowl with a little of everything in it except onions and beans. She loaded all the ingredients that I asked for. It was very good. I visted the Moe's at Sandhill and ordered the same bowl. This time no avocado, lettuce, cheese and very little ingredients. Moe's Southwest Grill is not great, but it's good. What I really like about Moe's is you can go online and use their nutrional calculator to decide what the healthiest way is to order your meal. When you click on the calculator, it shows the nutritional information chart on the right and on the left there's a list of ingredients w/check boxes. As you change the ingredients by clicking on different boxes, the nutrional chart changes and shows you what the calorie count, fat, protein, etc. will be. I found this to be really useful and it helped me decide how to order my junior art andalay veggie burrito. As for how it tasted, I asked for the burrito on a whole wheat tortilla w/rice, black beans, guac, onions, lettuce and jalopenos. I ate it with the mild green salsa and the medium red salsa. I'm sure if there was cheese or sour cream (or both!) in the burrito, it would've tasted better, but as it was, it was just OK. The salsa was what really brought the flavor and made me finish the andalay. Another thing that I liked was price. For only $4.29, they give you the right size burrito and tortiall chips (as well as unlimited salsa). I think b/c of price, location, and the nutrional calculator, I would likely go back to Moe's, but if I'm craving a real burrito, I'd more likely go to Casa Linda or one of the other nearby authentic Mexican restaurants. p.s. Service is great. As Big O pointed out, they're very fast. Food was okay for a fast food joint, but it would taste better without the attitude they forcefully provided. The coke machine is nifty, but Firehouse has one too. No need to return here. I had Moe's Monday Special today... burrito, chips, and a drink for 5 bucks! A great value, but the lines are getting longer at lunch as more people take advantage of the special. Came to Moe's before going to the movie. It had been awhile since the last time I had been to a Moe's but thought we would give it a try and glad we did. We got a steak quesadilla(sp) along with a side of queso to go with the free chips and salsa bar. The quesadilla was made to order with steak, cheese, and grilled onions and peppers. Added some salsa and it was perfect! The cashier reminded us to come back for more chips when we needed more. The salsa had several choices, some which were listed as seasonal. The honey siracha had great flavor with a little bit of heat. It was labeled as hot and it did have a kick. This was the only hot option on the salsa bar but the medium ones also had some spice. read more

Food was good, but the place was a mess. Floor was filthy with lots of food, plastic forks, straw wrappers, etc. Trash bins were filled to the top. Instead of people taking lots of breaks, they could probably use them to sweep up the place and empty the trash.
