I honestly think they should just go ahead and close this location. It's not very clean, it's outdated, and overall, Moe's is getting wildly expensive. I bought two stackers yesterday and they came to $30--that's with no side and no drink, just two stackers. There are also piles and piles of tortilla chips stacked in the cooking area, which would be fine, but it just looks tacky. Not the Welcome to Moe's experience I'm used to back home. I placed an online order for two family kits . I tried to call them and no answer for a couple hours . When I arrived the one man literally muttered lowly welcome to Moe's. I asked for my order and both men gave each other a look. My order was not it even finished. The young man mumbled did anyone message you, I couldn't understand him I asked again what he said. He said they were out of queso and what did I want to do? No one messaged me at all. I wish I had known in advance because I would've canceled. The dinner was for my daughter birthday and the only item she wanted was the queso . I was in a rock in hard place and had people waiting so I had to take it. The sauce bar was not very clean and there was a table with things thrown all over it and another that looked like it was being used a work office. To the credit of one of the servers she would not serve the adobo chicken because it was too dry. Flavor pretty bland. Also it was my first time at Moe's in quite a few years and it's unrecognizable from what it used to be. They have renamed or discontinued everything the used to have. Won't go back. Wow. I rarely come to Moe's. Chipotle is my go to because they have better service. I should've knew this was going to be bad when no one said "Welcome to Moe's ". The young lady acted as if she didn't want to serve. I don't expect service with a smile, but I don't want to be treated as I'm an annoyance. I'm the only one in the restaurant at 11am beating the lunch rush. She acted funny when I asked for queso. They use the smallest scoop to add items into the burrito bowl. The dark meat chicken is dry. I recommend getting a drink. The rice, corn, sauteed onions with peppers, and queso was the saving grace. They quadruple charged me for queso when all I assked was for a smidget more of queso. CHIPOTLE is the BETTER option for a reason. Dayamn Moe's, today was not tour day today. I will revisit in 2024. Zero stars. The WORST Moe's establishment I have ever been to. My experience started by the unfriendly attitude as soon as we walked in the door. That proceeded to realizing the further and further that I walked down the line ordering, how FILTHY this place was. Looks as if he hadn't seen a deep cleaning since the day it opened. The lady helping didn't change her gloves once in between helping the 4 customers in line at the time including myself. The counters surrounding food were disgusting. The chips were stale. The salsa bar was unusable. The floors were sticky. The list just goes on. It took everything in me to not just cancel my order and leave but I paid for my order and left. Service was incredibly slow. Took about 30 minutes to get my food when there were only 2 people in front of me.

I will admit, when I first showed up to this restaurant and saw they were opening at 1:00pm because of understaffing, I was a little upset. BUT we can't deny that understaffing is a major problem to a ton of restaurants right now. With the understaffing, the manager did their best with what little employees he had and I appreciate his quick to help to accommodate all of us waiting at the door. He explained the two employees he had with him were training as it was their first day today. You can tell they didn't have everything ready for the day yet, but they still were friendly and tried their best. As always, I left with a full stomach and happier since the quality is always good. So again, big props to the employees today for making a hangry customer happy again. read more

I placed an order in their app today at 7:20 it claimed it would be ready at 7:44, I arrived at 7:50 and at that point they had not even realized that I placed an order so at this point they continued to move as slowly as humanly possible to complete my order and at 8:29 they finally completed it. I normally don't do this but I would consider it a disservice to others in my same situation. This location has been the worst experience of all the Moe's I've been to. And I've been to a lot. Do not go to this location if you can't get there an hour before it closes. Before I left my house, I checked the hours of operation of the nearest Moe's location. It said 9pm. So, I get to Moe's by 7:38. I parked and walked to the door and saw that it closed at 8pm. I pull on the door and the door is locked!!!! I totally understand that people are over it by closing time but...refusing and turning away customers who choose to bring their money to your establishment is just horrible business. Managers, I hope you're reading these reviews because, if you didn't know your employees are doing this. Now you know. Horrible. And please update your hours of operation on Google maps. I really love Moe's for the fresh veggies and the creative salsa, however lately my bowls have been skimpier and skimpier...Not sure why but for $8-10 I should have a little left over like before. This place is a freaking JOKE!!!!! I ordered 2 orders of nachos and 2 kids meals burritos. I asked for cooked onions on my husbands and none of mine and he put them on there anyways. A fellow Yelp 1337er and I went down here for lunch as "I Love Sushi" across the street was closed at 5PM. Bummer. But you know, you gotta have some food. Anyway, we walked in before the early dinner or late lunch .... or lupper (lunch + supper) crowd walked in and attempted to order our food. First of, I don't even remember hearing "Welcome to Moe's." What's up with that? Ok, so I had my go at putting my burrito together. The two dudes working there were either tired, bored, high, or all three. They made sarcastic comments that did not feel sincere. When we sat down we began biting into our burritos. My friend was surprised that his did not have any chicken, despite the fact that he ordered one with it. OMG MYSTERY! Was it all a dream? Did my friend actually convert to being a vegetarian and subconsciously order a vegetarian burrito? Was it those meddling kids? No, it was the servers, they just forgot to put it in. After a short trip, he got his meat, and chomped into it after sitting down. I've been by this Moe's a few times and the service has fallen a little bit short. Oh my gosh service here is awful!! The guys who were making mine and my husbands food were okay, but then you get to the register to pay and the young lady is so rude for no reason, she rolled her eyes at everything I said, and for some reason got irritated with me when I forgot to ask for sour cream?? Every single table was filthy so we had to clean our own table, they didn't have ice?? Which is weird but not something to upset me, later while we're eating an employee comes in for his shift, tried to get ice which shot out all over the floor, and he left it there. We literally witnessed a customer get up and clean the ice up and then sit back down to finish her meal. The African American that worked the cashier, acted normal to any other African American that came in, but when any white persons came in, she would constantly roll her eyes and have attitude. I live about 30 minutes away from the Moe's but I was in town shopping. I stopped by the Moe's in Conyers, GA to get supper on my way back to the house. After some last minute stops I finally made it home about 8:45 and got to bite in to my burrito. To my dismay, it was someone else's burrito. I call up the store hoping that possibly they might go a head and make me another burrito and I can pick it up when I can get there, even tho the store close at 9pm. I know the staff will still be there cleaning up from the day. So I call, and call, and call, and call, there is no answering machine and no one will answer the phone. Even now as I type this I have been trying to reach the store for more than 15 minutes with no answer. It is very frustrating as I have spent my time and money to get some food and it was a simple mistake easily corrected but no one will take the time to correct it. So now I have to go out and get something else for supper, spend more time and gas and more money on food because the careless manager/employees refused to answer their phone. read more
