Everything was going fine until the food came out and it was burnt or made incorrectly and we spoke up about it. The issues arose when there was miscommunication between him and a guest of mine. Her food was made incorrectly and it was black... burnt and he still charged her for food not eaten. He spoke little English and didn't understand and he went and got what was supposed to be a manager (Hispanic female) and she immediately came in charging at my guest and screaming at her. My guest didnt get a chance to say anything for being verbally attacked by this deranged female!! We all looked at this female and told her to stop. Don't talk to people like that and you barely speak English too. Get someone thst understands. The deranged female kept yelling. My guest asked her to calm down and the female continued screaming and then threatened to call the police! Other customers told the deranged female to stop and she refused. She knew she was wrong. She didn't even understand the issue because she never listened and she should've gotten someone that spoke English. My guest remained calm throughout this attack, paid her bill and left. This female was still screaming at her as she walked away. Anyone else would've turned around and took action being this female was in her personal space. We step outside and there are 4 police cars outside due to this female lying about what actually happened!! Had we called the polICE on her, it would be a different story. Then she told the police I couldn't come back in. What did I do?? I didn't want to go back in anyway and won'tbe returning. The other locations are better than this one anyway. This restaurant socalled manager obviously has some kind of racism in her being she did not speak to anyone non color in the same manner. I hope she has her credentials intact. read more

My first Los Bravos Review states I was in Decatur, but it was here Salem Rd. It was 5 Stars!!! I am so disappointed to write this, because I love this restaurant, I love the servers, I love hanging out with people my age, and visiting with locals. I moved here less than a year ago to be close to my grandkids and this is where I've made a few friends. It's the best Mexican food on this side of town, but on 6/11/2026 I had an unexplainable negative experience . I consumed two small margaritas in 2-3 hours. At some point my bev was spiked. I lost all memory from 4-845pm. I regained consciousness at my son's home after arriving around 7:50 Pm. The manager explained I left the restaurant around 5:00pm- I thought I left at 4:00. I have zero recollection of anything after 4pm. Yes, it's upsetting that I drove 100 miles God knows where and my family located me on a dirt road in the complete opposite direction from my home- unconscious, and without knowing how I got there. What made the experience even more upsetting and stressful is the manager didn't believe me, and was angry at me for reporting it to her. She was defensive. She said she saw nothing on video as if she is a forensic expert. I expected they would want to know, so I came forward. I certainly would and would educate my staff. I thought they would care that something untoward took place. I'm so upset, it was traumatic, but NEVER did I accuse the restaurant. As someone who has 10 years experience in the hospitality business and 25 years in Hospital management , I can comfortably say that she handled this incorrectly, by being accusatory and hostile towards me. I never got a call from a superior. I deserved to be treated with respect and care. I just want to move forward, and see my friends again, but I will never leave my beverage unattended anywhere again. She has stated she will never serve me alcohol again, so I can no longer have that happy hour margarita with my friends that I so enjoyed here. I am being punished. This is exactly why women don't come forward when they are assaulted, because we are blamed and shamed for situations out of our control. My sister recently moved to conyers and we've been looking for really good Mexican food in the area . Unfortunately we've had a few not so great experiences so we were very l glad to have finally have a win with this location. Ordered Togo a Bravos Dinner Steak and Beef Chimichanga . While I prefer my chimichangas to be pan fried a bit it was absolutely delicious. I loved how fresh every was and really loved the char flavor on the beef . Also ordered a side of rice while it needed a little more flavor with salt and pepper it's complementd my meal well. Loved The queso and the salsa and chips are perfect. As someone who doesn't care for the taste of refried beans it was the first time I actually enjoyed it. When we arrived the guy at the front register was great, friendly and was surprised that he knew the nam and order just by hearing our voice saying we had an order for pick up . Especially being that it was busy and there were a few orders still needing to be picked up . Sometimes you walk into a restaurant and feel like the TO-Go service is an afterthought but not here. Im feeling beyond disrespected. And for the manager on duty making excuses. And saying she needed to look at the cameras to confirm what I was telling her was-true about the server is the ultimate slap in the face. And disrespectful. Not when there are other frequent patrons that have been three hours or more Consistenty. however today we were told they needed the table because they were busy. And when I go to let the on duty manager know what was going on according to the owner, she had nothing but excuses and that they do that when they are busy, so I turned to look in the doorway and there is not a person in sight waiting. And then she tries to say that you walked off before I could finish. Which was so irrelevant because you weren't saying much besides trying to make excuses . so what we notice is that once the server that we made a complaint to the owner about came in on duty that obviously she had made mention that we made a complaint to the owner about her service prior, because the server was totally different prior to Amy coming in the restaurant on duty. That's when our server came over, started cleaning off our table and said that we needed to leave. And we let her know that we weren't finished . And asked her what was she doing? I have never been put out of a low caliber restaurant not even a five star restaurant and I felt totally disrespected, I will never patronize their restaurant again not to mention when I have spent hundreds of dollars and I'm not exaggerating in that business. The experience here was up and down. Some of the food was pretty good, and some was highly disappointing. The chicken strips were dry, and the carnitas bland. The desert followed suit with the cheesecake rolls being overcooked and the ice cream being too hard. The steak, sauteed onions, shrimp, beans, and rice were very good, though. We normally go on 1st Saturday of the month because they have a DJ in the back. Great music and DJs. Food & customer service is a different story. When you mentioned you are there for the DJ area. They point you in that direction, no menus. Once you locate your own seats (not a problem). You have to wait until a server arrives with menus. Which takes a minute. Note: this area is always understaffed. The food is ok, NOTHING special at all. The wings are very salty especially the lemon pepper wings. My father introduced me to this place and I must say it's a nice restaurant. My first impression of this joint was that it was clean and felt Mexican. Food wise on the other hand, I'd have to agree with reviewer Broderick S when he says that it certainly didn't taste authentic Mexican. We ordered a Ceviche Camaron and the Carne Asada tacos (See pictures). The food itself was tasty but certainly didn't satisfy the craving for true mexican food. The serving sizes were generous. Also, we were given tortilla chips and salsa. Prices seemed reasonable to a bit high, and the service was not bad. Tip: If your server seems grumpy, talk to them in Spanish and be kind to them for better service. We enjoyed the experience overall, and will probably be back eventually. The chips were warm and the cheese dip and salsa were great. Our table ordered the Spinach Quesadilla, Steak and Shrimp Fajitas, Chicken Taco Salad, Fajita Quesadilla, and Enchilada Plate. The Steak and Shrimp Quesadilla came on a sizzling plate and was a delicious and generous portion. Make sure you get the refried beans which are very good. All of our dinners were as good as it gets!
