The empandas were hot but seemed a little dry (2 chicken $ 1 beef). Cost about 30$ with tip. There seemed to be a lot of regulars. The server was very familiar with a lot of other patrons. She was not pushy as we waited for our other guest to arrive. Parking was easy. They have outdoor seating when the weather allows with "no smoking" signs posted for the patio (great for us asthmatics!). Been wanting to go here for a while and finally went late last yr.(better late than never). I ordered the salmon tacos, and my husband had some type of burrito. My tacos were very tasty! Will get them again when I go back. They were seasoned very well and not over-cooked. My husband said his burrito was good also. Our waitress was great! Very personable and attentive. We decided to take my mother for Mother's Day on a very busy restaurant day! However we decided to go after the church crowd and before the dinner crowd. Cielo is situated in the Publix shopping center in Conyers, GA. Its festive decorations and cantina style is very inviting. Our server was Jose and he was very very patient, did I mention very patient? lol! My goodness, my mother in her older age is a bit particular about her food so she orders let's say shrimp tacos but deconstructed. He was such a great sport about it! He didn't seem annoyed or upset, he was pleasant the whole time even though it took us 45 minutes to order. The food was amazing, hot and flavorful! I really enjoyed my experience there! My parents who again I will stress are extremely particular were very happy and extremely pleased. This is one of my favorite places to eat! I have enjoyed the fried burrito, avocado egg rolls, southwest egg rolls, and taco salad. But my absolute favorite and go to is the fajita rice bowl!! It's so yummy. I love to get mine with salmon. The service is always good as the staff is very friendly. You don't have to wait long for your food at all. The food is just okay. I've been here 3 times. Host take forever to sit you and don't keep track Of who arrived first. I actually left on my third Visit because of this. Place is typically empty so it's confusing. 2nd visit - came for apps and drinks. We ordered the egg rolls and it was just OK, the sauce it comes with doesn't compliment it well, we asked for ranch and that didn't help much either. I ran across this place by accident while in Conyers. I had never even heard of it. I ordered the queso for 1 reason. If the queso is good, their food will be also. This queso was the best queso I've EVER had! The texture was silky smooth. The taste was crisp yet spicy with a hint of jalapeño. I was sold. I ordered shrimp fajitas and I am so glad I did! An onion/bell pepper melody created the base of the plate. 12 plump and cooked to perfection shrimp lit up the skillet. It came with a bed of greens including guacamole. And was also accompanied by beans and rice. This was by far the best Mexican Spot I have been to in years. Chain restaurants cannot compete with this brand. Apparently, you have to request for silverware when you order from the website and you want to deliver it automatically connect you to DoorDash you are on your own if DoorDash should deliver it when the order is prepared at the restaurant it's put in the regular grocery bag that's barely tied And not secured if the website says taco salad comes with dressing it only comes with dressing if you requested it because if DoorDash is picking it up, you won't get the dressing without saying so. Definitely can't go during your lunch hour if you want to get back to the office on time. The food is still good but not always exactly what you order. We ordered for take out and our order was wrong. They gave us the wrong burrito. We called and tried to fix the problem. We spoke with the manager Omar. He was extremely defensive from the beginning of the call. He offered no good resolution to correct the problem. In addition to this,Omar was not apologetic nor was he professional. When it was shared with him that we had the receipt in front of us, instead of recognizing that we in fact we're not attempting to get over on him, he insisted that we ordered the item that was incorrectly included and not the one we actually wanted.We ordered a seafood burrito and we're given a plain flour tortilla with ground beef.
