Welcome to Moe's. I used to go to Moe's at various locations whenever I traveled. Their menu is simple and straightforward. Tex mix items, typically burritos and bowls with your choice of meat and whatever toppings you want. The salsa bar always has a wide variety to choose. The ordering process is simple. You just go through the line tell him which item on the menu you want and they will ask you what you want on your order. The toppings are right there for you to see so it's quite easy to choose. The burritos can get huge (see my picture). It's good but not great. It was a fairly place eclectic when they opened but now it seems typical with their style. While working in town I stopped here for lunch yesterday at 11. Was greeted nicely by the man who made my steak burrito. It was huge, but I sure did it it all! Place was clean, food was good. Chips could be fresher and salsas were a bit bland. All in all, great customer service, price and I would come again. read more

Three day old meat that I'm not sure was real meat. Gave off lab made vibes. Super skimpy portions. Almost $40 for two protein bowls (with hardly any protein) and drinks. You'd do better to keep your lunch money and eat whatever is the break room at work. read more

Moe's vs Chipotle which is better, let's dive in. Located next door to Five Guys in Florence Mall parking lot. My wife loves Chipotle but after you've eaten there about 3 times you see there's not really much variety. Moe's on the other hand has more topping choices as well as more food options. Most notable for me Moe's has jalapeño. This particular location the employees didn't shout the iconic "welcome to Moe's ", being that it was near closing time some of toppings were low or out as well. I believe prices are similar between two franchises but free chips & salsa are included w Moe's order. Better value is Moe's for me but it's about personal preference. read more

It's your typical texmex food. I got the stack and it was pretty good but it needed some more flavor. I guess I picked the wrong sauce because my husband said his steak burrito was better than Chipotle. Kids got a quesadilla and veggie tacos. The service was great. They were welcoming and very friendly. It's a warm atmosphere and has plenty of room and space to eat and not be so close to the next customer. read more

Great food, spiders on the wall however made my visit a little weird. I truly felt like the workers were passionate for the food and enjoy their job. The atmosphere was good however some rude teenagers made it a little annoying to eat. Overall a 3 star or so. read more

Literally worst Moe's ever!! The service is always horrible! My wife and I went there to get a quick bite to eat. From the moment we walked into the restaurant it was filthy and not clean. There were chips all over the floor and a mess all over some of the tables. From the moment we started the order the guy serving us had an attitude and gave little to no portions of food. Then once we got to the check out they had no idea how to do their Moe Monday special that they have been doing for years. Then he proceeded to fight back and forth with me how the app was wrong and didn't take anything off of our order. Since we were in a rush, I went ahead and paid for it. Very friendly and very quick. I got Earmuffs with chicken, loaded with all sorts of tasty goodness. A whole lot of food on here, maybe more chicken than I deserved because the guy running the counter and I kidded about for a couple of minutes. The have a Coke Freestyle machine. THE WORST MOES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I kid you not this is the worse. The cashier didn't know how to do anything, they didn't wrap my burrito right. All the soda machine has no flavors and all the flavors they do have they taste like seltzer water. The chips were also stale. Moe's is usually my favorite place to eat at but I am left disappointed here. Never coming back and I recommend you do the same. Also the bathroom sink don't even work. I came into Moes to have lunch with my daughter today and the staff was EXTREMELY rude. There are 3 stations to each process of ordering your food and everyone of the employees acted as if they hated their job, did not great us, or even try to smile under the mask. They were very short with me, and their tone of voice was terrible. It was so loud in there that we couldn't hear each other speak. The music was blasting, fans blowing, and the employees were not even trying to be accommodating. I asked for salt and they weren't sure if they had any because no one has ever asked for salt in their restaurant before, I find that hard to believe. The food was good, but I will not be back. I will not be treated like garbage. There are many other places in Florence to eat that will respect you. read more

Ordered the taco kit directly through the website and was a bit disappointed with my order. Firstly, my queso was replaced with sour cream which is not what I ordered. Secondly, I never received my gallon of overpriced sweet tea. When I called to inquire as to where my sweet tea was I was directed to leave my number for the manager to call me. I ended up calling two days later to get an update and was told the same thing. They said I could pick it up I store but that defeated the whole purpose of paying the deliverytaxes and the tip I left to the driver. read more

This is a tough place to review. I like the food but I don't love the food. However, I do go back from time to time. It's close to the office and it's not very complicated. I get the same thing every time and it always relatively fresh. It definitely beats Taco Bell. (Is that compliment? I'm not sure). One drawback here is the staff. First of all, don't yell out a greeting when people enter. It's annoying AF. The folks on the line need to work on their communication skills a little. I always have difficulty communicating my order to the team member and it can be a little frustrating. Another issue is the dining room and the general restaurant area. It is never, ever clean and I never, ever eat there. I order take out. The food is okay and the tortilla chips are a personal favorite. It's really all about convenience for me. If another restaurant with the same essential menu popped up in the same area, I would drop this place tomorrow. read more

This place is dirty and disgusting. The lady's bathroom is constantly torn up--toilet paper dispenser torn off the wall, faucets for the sink hanging off, seat is all stained and pock marked. This place has progressively gone down hill over the past several years. Today the worker told us to just either jam in our trash to the overflowing bin or leave it on the side. She didn't want to open up the other trash can. Never coming back! read more

My family and I are big fans of Mexican food. We were searching for a good Mexican restaurant when we came across Moe's in Florence. We drove from far to try this place out since we heard really good things about the food from friends and family. The nachos was the most scrumptious nachos I have had in my life. Oh so yummy! Food is always good and would receive 5 stars if based on that alone. However, 1 star is lost due the inability to hear the employee behind the shield no matter how many times I ask them to speak up. The other 2 stars are deducted due to the slowness. I waited 6 minutes before I could place my order. This with only 1 customer, with 1 item, and burrito was being wrapped as I walked in. We ordered tacos for 20 people at my company. They brought the wrong meat and not enough taco shells. They had to make a second trip to bring the rest of the food. When we finally sat down to eat the food tasted like cafeteria food. Very plain, not much spice or flavor. You could easily make better tacos at home. read more

This moes could use some lessons from other Moe's. Poor service, out of drinks, poor cash register skills and messy areas. Watered down queso wasn't quite nice either. Had to ask for chips while they're supposed to be free with every meal. Never had to ask for chips at other Moe's. By far the worse Moe's I've been to in a long time. read more

The tacos and burritos have no flavor. You have to doctor them up with hot sauce to make them edible. They just throw the food together. The restaurant always looks dirty. There are much better options in Florence to get a burrito or taco that taste 100% better and have a cleaner place to enjoy my food. read more

Pretty bad all around. We were barely greeted or acknowledged by anyone taking our order. The wife and I each got chicken burritos and the chicken's texture was like it had been boiled or sitting in water for a long time. Poor staff that seems uninterested in the quality of product and service. Always running out of ingredients and show a lack of interest. Staff builds the burritos without spreading the ingredients across, so your likely to have all of a particular ingredient on one side of the burrito but none on the other. I've started frequenting this moes over the past month while working in Florence and it seems great. The manager is always working the register and keeping things going. She also seems to be keeping things clean (trays, trash area, drink station, etc). I give it two thumbs up. read more

Visited Moe's for Moe Monday. Service was adequate. Could not believe my eyes when crew member dipped chips out of a bucket that was sitting on the floorc near and basically under the handwashing sink. DISGUSTING! Called it to attention of another crew member and response was "I'm sorry, I was on the phone." Was that supposed to make me feel better. Going to think twice before going back there. Haven't eaten here since December of 2012. The service then was horrible, the salsa bar was empty & when I asked for salsa, the staff seemed to be bothered by my request. There was ice cubes & water all over the floor so you had to be careful not to fall. There was dried salsa on quite a few tables. I'll stick with Chipotle instead of Moes. read more
