My wife and I came to Moe's for a quick bite. We both ordered the The Stack with chicken, (Choice of protein, beans, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, stacked between two crunchy corn shells wrapped in a grilled tortilla.) and a couple of drinks. Tried the crunch wrap at Moe's and was pleasantly surprised! It had the perfect balance of textures--crispy from the inner shell and soft from the warm tortilla wrap. The ingredients were fresh and well-layered, so every bite had a good mix of protein, cheese, and veggies. The queso added a nice creamy kick without overpowering the other flavors. I have been there before however tonight I received a order of chips in a bag and there was a larger bug in the bag.

Tried this Moe's location for the first time but I'm not really impressed. Portions were pretty small. As you can see in the pictures my burrito is abnormally skinny. It shouldn't be called a burrito at that point. It looks like a ordered a hot dog instead. I also had a free birthday burrito from the Moe's app. The guy at the register wasn't extremely friendly and really confused me. Also he saw that is was a birthday burrito and didn't even ask if today was my birthday. It wasn't... but it just added on to the fact that my burrito was a hot dog and he confused me and made me feel dumb about my question. Lol it's okay though, I'll live. When comparing NY's most common Mexican 'fast-food' chains(if you will) I like to refer them to Cinderella and her stepsisters. Moe's is the step-sister in this situation, simply because it's portions appear smaller than its competitors, and they charge for guac and queso (i mean who does that anymore). As a hugeee fan Of Mexican food, authentic and Americanized assembly line take-out, I felt the flavor was bland. The exception however, is the location near CW Post i don't know what they do over there but the food is soo flavorful, the portions are huge, and they don't skimp on the toppings! Shoutout to you guys! I did have an experience at this location that i haven't at any others, and that was an employee (maybe the manager? Wearing a red shirt) asked every table how their meal was. The staff at this Moe's went above and beyond for my family. I was with my baby and toddler after a birthday party. My daughter made a huge mess before we could even order food. The staff were so incredibly kind to us despite our disruption. When I went back today to thank them, I ordered a burrito and a salad shell bowl. We came to this location for the first time this year as we had a coupon to use. We asked the cashier prior to ordering and then we started ordering. The guy making our food must not be in good mood because then he started staring well if you are ordering HomeWrecker then you can't use the coupon for birthday rewards. Ok so I love Moe's but this Moe's sucks. I did the online ordering and what a disaster the entire order was wrong and sloppily made. The soda machine was broken and everything was a disaster. I won't be back to this Moe's. Very angry customer. This is my second time here just for the hell of it on 5/5/2020. I was right the first time. Got a burrito with chicken, the chicken was burnt , dried out crap, and the rice was undercooked. The black beans were hard as a rock. This place sucks , sucks, sucks, sucks. I've become a fan of Moe's since being introduced to it. I've been to this location a few times and the staff are always consistent. The line moves quickly like a factory conveyor belt. Pick your meat, veggies, sauces and keep moving down until you get to the register. It's always clean and you never see a dirty table. I usually get the same thing: a bowl with rice, corn pico, diced onions, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, beans and their chipotle sauce. My husband always goes with the chicken burrito and he loves it. Always packed with meat & toppings, they don't skimp or hold back on the portions. Of course to top it off a bowl of Queso and chips. Their Queso is so damn good. I like Moe's but it's a once in a blue treat. The amount of calories you consume in one order is enough for the whole week. read more

Neat and clean. Service was quick, helpful, and friendly. But the salsas at the salsa bar were very watered down. For example: I put Moe's Kaiser salsa on my chips and it ran leaving behind soggy chips and wet tomato and onion pieces laying around everywhere. Yuck! I check on the other salsas and they looked watered down too. I've been to better Moe's. Corporate needs to quality control this place. Disappointed. This was my first time trying Moe's and I was impressed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, the employees were very nice and helpful considering the fact that I've never been there. I ordered a Stack with chicken. I also ordered a side of queso because chips come with the meal. I found the sides of salsa to all be mild flavors. The hot salsa did not taste spicy at all. The queso was really good, had a little kick to it which made it even better. My chicken stack was so good, a mixture of chicken, rice, beans and cheese. Difference between Moe's and Chipotle for me is that Moe's gives smaller servings, my stack wasn't big but it did come with chips so I can't complain. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful except for the salsas. But I'd definitely come back here. read more

I appreciated the very nice note included in the order, I think it was a nice touch, and a good substitute for the "welcome to Moes" we usually hear upon entering. DONT go here if you're vegan. Moe's gave me PORK when I ordered impossible meat and won't refund me they said they don't have it in the store yet the order went through and we paid.....so isn't that stealing? They said it defaults to pork yet I never ordered pork.....then the manager?(not sure who he was and he stole my receipt because he knows he messed up) talks to me and I had to keep showing him that it lets me order the new impossible meat on the app so isn't that their mistake not mine? After a lot of back and forth about how it defaults to pork and getting nowhere he says the best I can do is offer you a veggie taco go wait if you go on line......any reputable restaurant should give a refund if the order is messed up which was 100% the restaurants fault ... horrible service and management read more

Terrible! We placed an on-the-go order and half of it was wrong. I gave the order a quick glance before I left because we live in South Valley Stream and didn't want to have to go back. Unfortunately, when I got home it was wrong. My Joey Bag Donuts didn't have pork and the Steak Quesadilla we ordered was a burrito. Back we went and after returning home my burrito was still missing pork. I can understand mistakes because you are a new location, but the store was dead. Another customer mentioned that this was the same owner as the Oceanside location, which is a great location. I hope this place improves for everyone else sake. read more

If I could give this place half a star I would just ate there for dinner tonight and didn't actually get to eat the olives and cheese in my burrito including in my friends bowl was rotten I couldn't even take more than three bites of my food. Not good. This moes opened here a few days ago and having tried other moes across the L.I looking to see what others saw in it, I wanted to try a fresh new place close to home. As usual with moes, the food was bland and overpriced for what you get. Tacos were very small, the queso was good but the chips were no better than going to the store and buying tostitos. They didn't give us all of what we ordered, which is a common mistake and would have been fine, but they proceeded to lie over the phone saying they don't deliver when asked to bring the rest to our location.
