A Third World experience at best! When the restaurant was new there was some pride in the preparation of the food, the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. It has simply declined over the last couple of years. No one cares! That usually starts with the management and trickles down the ladder. I found nothing special about this place. Set up similar to Chipotle. Burritos, tacos, bowls, rice, chicken, beef and carnitas plus salsas. Not very friendly. Chips were stale. Meat and salsas lacked any discernible taste. Burrito and bowl were tasteless mush. Three chicken soft tacos $10.50. No thanks. Another good Moe's. Though it wasn't as clean as the one in Brooksville. I had the taco salad with shell and a burrito from this location. Both were great. I love the cilantro rice and the pickled onions. Yum. Complimentary chips and salsa with every order. read more

I used to like coming here, and the employees used to care when the place was new. But I've noticed the restaurant is starting to degrade substantially since it was new. On this last visit, the cashier was very slow, to the point that a line was forming at the register; the food was being made faster than the speed of the cashier. I felt my food getting cold while waiting for the cashier to get to me. She did not even make eye contact or thank me when closing out the transaction. The eating area seemed dirty. I remember my shoes sticking to the floor at some point. The handles on the ladles at the salsa station felt unclean as if they had been handled by hundreds of people and never cleaned. The bench was dirty and I had to sweep it of food debris before I sat down. The table had not been recently wiped down. I literally could not wait to wash my hands upon leaving the restaurant. read more

Loved Moe's in Fort Myers and would eat there several times a month. Drove to this location in Jensen Beach and was greeted by a sign on the door that they were closed for maintenance. A few days later I called and confirmed they were open. Ordered a Homewrecker with tofu in a bowl, to go, for my wife to surprise her when she got off work. This was always her favorite in Fort Myers. To start I had to tell the counter guy that the Romaine lettuce looked old and nasty. He pulled a fresh container of Romaine out of the cooler. The rice and black beans went on top of the lettuce in the bowl, but then we hit another snag. The tofu was depleted so they had to get some out of the fridge and put it on the grill. It was a very small portion of tofu, disappointingly small, but I was happy to make my way to the register. My wife was happy to have her Moe's. I would hope management at this location would do a better job of training the staff. There's no reason for nasty looking lettuce and no reason for running out of one of the proteins on the burrito assembly line. We really like the food at Moe's and there's no logical reason why regular customers should ever be disappointed during their visit. read more

AMAZING! I go there every Monday (for Moe's Monday because the burrito's are cheaper). Wonderful greeting every time you enter (WELCOME TO MOES!) They have a great vegetarian choices and their queso is to die for! A MUST GO! read more

I've been to other Moe's and had great experiences....I love the Billy Barou nachos and was dying to get them.... First time at this location and i WON'T be coming back.... Nacho chips were totally STALE....Spent $12 for nachos with extra queso and couldn't even eat them....Ended up just eating the toppings off with a fork....Worst $12 i ever spent.....Staff was just rude and not very experienced.....Have to say how disappointed i am....I think id rather make the half hour trip to the other location than come back here even though its 5 minutes from my house......Only good thing i can say is the queso is awesome! Teenagers with bad attitudes running the place....I overheard other customer's complaining about the rock hard stale chips and the girl's response was that " they are closing in an hour im not making anymore chips oh well" to the other employees.....Yuck. read more

Your typical Moe's, with fresh, tasty ingredients (including vegetarian options) located off US1 in Jensen Beach. This one stood out because of how friendly the employees were. One of the workers even remade my burrito with a new tortilla when he had a hard time rolling it together at the end. Great service! This Moe's location is dirty on the outside and on the inside. The food looked like it had been sitting out overnight. I had the tacos, my husband had the homewrecker. The food wasn't hot. Both meals came to $23 and change. Only his meal came with a drink and a tiny cheese sauce. I tried sitting at a table toward the back of the restaurant. It was dirty, so I took a baby wipe out of my purse and started to wash it down. While doing this I realized the table was broken, it had a severe wobble and lean to one side. I picked another table, it was dirty of course. I cleaned it with baby wipes. Sat down, got the baby seated and realized my feet were in something wet. There was salsa all over the floor under this table, or was it salsa and puke? So we get up and move again to another dirty table that I had to clean with baby wipes. The food trays smell like milk puke. I will never go back to this dirty hell hole. Worst $24 I've ever spent. Thanks for the lesson Moe's Jensen Beach location. We will never be back to this location, or any other Moe's location. read more

Small portions, a tiny scoop of chicken or steak, or you have to pay another $2.50 or so for what should be in there already, sure the chips and nasty salsa is free (btw they have on'y had a decent mild salsa twice for only a few months probably because they know people will actually eat it instead of the hotter varieties) food is cold and old sometimes, I actually prefer taco bell most of the time where I get a decent value and HOT FOOD, I will be going back to chipotle even risking salmonella is better than paying over $10 for a burrito (this place is actually likely to get you sick due to the old and cold food) I don't feel welcome at moes read more

My family of 5 eats here at least once a week. We are all health enthusiasts, so Moes offers all the fresh veggies and brown rice we need and want to feel full and energized. The staff is the friendliest of any Moes we've been to. They always give us a big bag of chips to take home too. I appreciate that someone is attentive to the tables and keeps them cleaned off.
