You either love or hate Moe's. I for one love Moe's and could eat it all the time. I've been to many locations and have never gotten sick of it. This location gets fairly busy so I would recommend allowing more time when coming to this location especially during lunch hours. Moe's queso is like no other. It's simply the best. I recommend any Moe's to anyone. Some employees aren't the best but the next time you come in they have usually already switched out employees so you see a new face each time lol. read more

I'm giving this jurnt a 2.5 Slowest cafeteria line experience ever today. Took literally 15 minutes to get my burrito, chips, and a drink. Kids at counter working hard, problem was that it was only 2 of them trying to handle the lunch rush. Bad idea. Burrito was huge, so that was cool, but the place was dirty. Feel free to check out my pics. I'm sure it's generally dirty due to understaffing, but a lot of the equipment looked like it has seen much better and cleaner days. This place didn't show just a 1 day dirty, seems like the cooking equipment hasn't truly been hard core cleaned in a while and that ain't good 'tall. I'm wondering what the health department would do if they saw what I saw today. I liked the people working there and I feel bad for them, but this place needs to step it up in terms of speed and cleanliness, two very important things in the fast food industry. Coke products with one of those killer machines that literally has like 30 or more drink choices. They also had 3 flavors of iced tea. I can only wonder how clean their drink machine/tea dispensers are...sketchy. Chips were great and the chunky medium salsa was nice and cold and tasted great, so that had that going for them, which is nice. I loaded up on chips, salsa, and soda and took my burrito home for late night snack attack. I've been to probably 6 or 8 other Moe's and they are often busy, but this one was by far the slowest and dirtiest, unfortunately. I also believe that $8.99 for a burrito is highway robbery and $2.29 for a small soda is a carjacking. I can only drink so much soda and soda is way, way cheap...as evidenced by 64 oh zee Super Big Gulps at 7-11 for like 69 cents. Free chips and salsa ain't making up for lost value on overpriced everything else. Won't be back to this location unless it gets a serious cleanliness overhaul. Grody. read more

I typically order from this location once a week, nothing special. I'll never order from this location again, I requested extra salsa because that's generally the only way I get even 1. They put one in and filled it up less than a quarter of the way, obviously it's intentional so fuck this place I'll just get chipotle. read more

Could have been cleaner. I went in for a steak funkmeister (soft taco). It was good and tasted fresh but at 4 dollars for a single taco, not sure it was worth that. Went on free queso giveaway day which advertised no purchase was necessary, but everyone was buying something, so yeah, it was busy. Most the tables were dirty. We tried wiping down our table, but the mess had congealed and wouldn't come off so my husband and I sat on the same side of a booth as it was the cleanest side. The line went pretty fast I guess. I would recommend paper or plastic menus for customers to look at while waiting in line that allows the customer to choose what goes into his/her order. If you have no idea what they have, this slows down the line to a halt. Please take a queue from Smashburger, who have menus at their front door with all add ons available. Faster service equals more customers. I watched several people walk away because the line was so long. read more

The place was swamped with customers. But the line does move. They staff was friendly and did there best to deal with the hordes of people coming in the door. Had a chicken home wrecker. (Chicken burrito with guacamole) food tasted awesome, fresh and hot. The tables and self service salsa section could be cleaned a little more though. This was my first time ever visiting a Moe's, and I can't say I was disappointed. The food was good and the options seemed endless. Before going, I was told that it's similar to Chipotle, and although I love Chipotle, my expectations were pretty low for some reason. I'm glad I was wrong. First off, I was pleasantly surprised by the vast menu, although the strange names threw me off a bit. The even more pleasant surprise was that they also have tofu as an alternative meat option, heck yeah! I decided on nachos and was baffled by the array of additions I was able to choose from. Rice, beans, tofu, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, olives, cheese, cilantro, fresh lime juice! Despite the fact that I chose to pile on many toppings, the chips stayed crisp the whole way through. The only downfall about my experience was the service. It was very busy and it took a while to get the food. I didn't mind that, but the employees were all arguing and complaining. "Where's _____? She was supposed to be back from break 5 mins ago!" "I don't know why you're on register, you're on the schedule as line cook today!" "I can't cook the chicken yet, I'm still doing dishes!" Everyone working there was super young so that probably accounts for the unprofessionalism. Not a good look, but thankfully it didn't have much of an affect on my overall experience. I avoided Moe's for many years out of fear that it wouldn't appeal to me. I was proven wrong and am more than willing to try it again. Just like every other moes I've been to, they can never get the orders right. If you order online you are most likely going to get someone else meal or nothing that you ordered. It's so frustrating. My family and I spent a weekend in Lake George. There were 6 adults and 3 children and we decided to place an Uber eats order for Moes. Once we were through with the selections, our $100 order was canceled by the store, so we called. We spoke with a girl who didn't seem alike she even knew where she was, and placed our order. She told us it would be ready in about 45 minutes. After an hour we arrived at Moes to find out that our order had never been placed and the store assured us that we hadn't been charged, however, Uber Eats could not refund the money because the store already started the order. I don't know what's happened to one of my favorite places to eat, but I've felt crappy after the last 3-4 meals eaten from here. The floors and tables are always gross and the different staff are really inconsistent with portions in burritos. To get a 1 star from me you have to be really messing up. I decided to give Moe's a shot. Even though the burrito I ordered in person tasted like chalk, that's not the real reason. I would've given 2 or 3 stars for a men experience. Instead it's an ethical and health concern with the restaurant itself. I noticed when they were making the burritos they had different ingredient sets based on if you ordered in person or online/phone. It was out in the open and they weren't hiding it. People in person had fresh ingredients and but other orders they used older ingredients. The lettuce they were putting on pickup orders was brown and yellow and really wet. Pretty much the rotten head you find buried in the back drawer of your fridge. So I can't recommend eating here. In person you get a dry burrito or an online order is left overs from who knows when. Pretty unethical especially in a time like this where online or phone orders for pickup are go to. Shame on Moe's for this practice. read more

I don't get really excited when I think of Moe's, but it's a chain TexMex shop. If you've been to one Moe's, you've been to every Moe's, with few exceptions, and this isn't one of them. I found the staff to be as courteous and speedy as one can expect, and the food, while not amazing, satisfied my midweek lunchtime hunger. I liked the Art Vanderlay burrito, my husband liked his quesadilla. We feel the pricing was on-point for the quality and portion sizes. We unexpectedly received a big bag of chips. Yum! The restaurant interior was clean enough. The bathroom was very clean. The staff behind the counter were courteous and fast. I could do without what I can only assume as corporate-forced yelling/greeting the customer upon entering. It's goofy, inappropriate and goes against common etiquette. Personally, I don't want any undo attention so I found it unsettling to walk in and have four or more people shout at me from 20 feet away, "WELCOME TO MOE'S!!" It's embarrassing for all involved. I hired Moe's to cater my Family Reunion at Ushers Park, Lake George and had a great experience! I called Moe's local catering number and spoke to Cec. She helped me plan the menu for 20 people. I choose the Fajita Bar @ $11 per person. It was delivered right on time and it included set up and plates, utensils and serving spoons! So much good, fresh food! Four stars for food chain quality food and experience. Guests are greeted by all food preparers in chorus as they enter the establishment. Food is fresh with many veggie options. The nachos were thin, crispy and not greasy. The queso however, is somewhat bland compared to other Moe's. I couldn't figure out what was missing, but that too wasn't too heavy, and tasted fresh. Salsas on the side were a nice variety, and there was plenty of hot sauce to grab. The coke machine indeed was a wonder. It was my first encounter with such a machine, and it is wondrous! The soda that comes out of it is just right, not too fizzy, not too syrupy. Compared to over fried, over priced foods in Lake George, this Moe's provides an excellent go out of your way for great tasting fresh food fast food option. read more

We stopped in here while in town for vacation, tired after a long drive. Service was pleasant but slow. Restaurant was not the cleanest. Food was ok, and large portions, decent value for the price. Welcome to Moes!! I've been visiting the Moes in Queensbury for the last 2 weeks about once every couple days and I absolutely love it. I enjoy the fact that anything is customizable to your needs. It's really great that they have a Tofu option since I'm vegetarian. The staff on the line were loud and clear and seemed to be really know what they were doing. Dirty! and the food quality was terrible! We arrived on a Sunday at 11:30 for a quick lunch before we went to the lake. We were the obvious first customers of the day and the floor and the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned from the night before.....chairs and table were in disarray and 3 young men under the age of 25 behind the counter. I ordered the chicken quesadilla ....the chicken was old and bone DRY and I didn't take the shredded lettuce or the quac because it was so BROWN, I was afraid to touch it. I just had the worse experience I've ever had at this Moe's. Ordered online it was thrown together,and not correct . I called to speak with the "manager " after moments on hold a girl gets in the phone. I began to tell her what's wrong she said well that's not how you ordered it . Ok ok so if it was entered wrong where's my salsa for chips ... response I get we are out we can't turn it off the mobile order ... ok so don't you think you should ask someone if they want alternative?? Two people from our group had to bring in food from Taco Bell for dietary reasons but the manager wouldn't let them eat with us in the group even when all 13 others from group ordered from Moe's. He said it was because Taco Bell is a competitor. We said we would take the food out of box but he said no. But he let another table right next to us bring in food from Five Guys. Crazy expensive. Save your money and go to a real Mexican sit down restaurant for not that much more money. My wife and I went recently and it cost us $28. I only got 3 tacos, a side and a drink, and my wife got a burrito combo. Price at Taco Bell would have been about $10-12, and the Tacos are actually better at Taco Bell. I love Moe's! We go several times a month and get our full of burritos sided with our choice of meats and toppings. We stopped at the Queensbury location while on vacation. This particular Moe's was terrible. Restaurant was dirty: tables and floor had not been cleaned, glass between you and the server had lots of food splashes, salsa bar had spills. They were running out of food (no tofu, running out of salsa, running out of regular guacamole). The staff seemed clueless and it took forever to fill our orders. I don't know about other stores or what not, but me and my boyfriend went to the one in Queensbury today and were very disappointed. For one we have been here a few different times and it's always been really dirty in there. The dining room wasn't too bad but behind the counter even when they aren't busy they take zero effort to clean up their mess. I work in the food industry so I know that's a big no no!!! Salsa was all half empty, and the staff apart from the cashier were not friendly. The manager particularly was in a bad mood and her customer service was terrible.
