We ordered two burgers, two fries, two sodas and bill was approximate $46 before tip. The burgers were the smallest I had ever seen. One of the burger orders had all the wrong toppings. The server/cashier did not know what we ordered when questioned. THE POS system was too lengthy. I am guessing just to take the order was 4-5 minutes. Fortunately, it was 1pm on a Wednesday and the place was empty when we got there. This is the first time I have written a totally negative review. You will receive better quality and quantity at burger king for 1/2 the amount. read more

I don't ever leave reviews, but I absolutely had to make an exception today. Came in a few minutes after opening on Father's Day with my family, kids all 10 years old or younger. No one came out to help when the order screens weren't working properly. Not only that, but one of the screens had pornography on it, which I quickly turned away from my kids who were standing 3 feet away. Bad experience will not return. There is a lot of broken items which make you question everything. The soda machine is broken. The cash register is broken. There is no sports on the TV, another bill not to pay. That is what I can see. The took way to long for the evening rush but there were no customers. Food was salty and over cooked. Horrible. Where to begin? Note that Savvy Sliders, another burger chain, acquired all BurgerFi restaurants, so a different company now runs them. Ordering with the iPad/Kiosks is painfully slow, and the cashier seems not to know how to use the device. Veggie burgers aren't even listed on the menu board above the front counter, so if you don't remember to inquire, you'll never know that this restaurant offers them. An order of two veggie burgers and one shake took over 35 minutes. Both burgers were barely heated through and raw in the middle, and it seems they were microwaved rather than grilled. When my wife asked the staff where the shake was, because they forgot to give it to us when we went up to pick up the order, after waiting 35 minutes, he said, "Oh yeah, I forgot to make that." Even more annoying, we received the WRONG shake, which we didn't realize until we were too far away to go back. All in all, now that a new company has taken over, it is a shell of its former self. This is NOT the BurgerFi we remember at all. We are sad because there aren't too many places in the area to have a good veggie burger, but they really need to step up their game, train their staff properly, and care about the quality of the food they serve. read more

Ordered from DoorDash and it was the worst order I've ever placed. Paid $35 for a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger, along with fried onion rings. Onion rings were burnt to a crisp, and the burgers were tiny. Had to wait almost an hour for my order to show up. Even the DoorDash driver was angry because he had to wait over 25 minutes for the order to prepared. You certainly don't get what you pay for here. I don't see this place staying open for very long and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

This place really delivered on our first visit! The decor is modern industrial, complete with sticky floors, and we were surprised how big the room was. Apparently there a stack of laminated menus in a pocket on the wall to the left before you get to the register, and since this was our first visit, it took us a good few minutes to decide. We got the cheese burger with onions and cry + fry on the side, and the food came out without much delay. First things first though: I'm a sucker for self-service condiments and drink machines, and they had both! The fries were exactly as they should be - hot and crispy on the outside and hotter and tender inside. The ingredients on the burger looked and tasted in good condition, and we devoured everything in no time. What would have made this a 5-star experience is juicier patties, crisp onion rings, and for onion ring batter to not be overcooked so much that it falls onions. I ordered two kids hot dog meals. Both hot dogs were disgusting: they were tough and difficult to chew. I then went to eat the french fries that came with them and saw a long hair wrapped around one of the fries (photo attached). This was straight out of the bag it came in (and not the hair is not the color of my hair) so it definitely is not mine. For the amount this cost me ($17) I'd rather get a good meal. I feel like I always over order at burgerfi and end up stuffing myself, regretting it, and repeating when I crave burgers again. We came on Labor Day weekend and got two burgers with fries and the loaded fries as well as chicken tenders and a shake... it was all way too much but I enjoyed it. Our server, who also took our order, originally brought us our loaded fries "plus one fry" because that's word for word what we said while ordering, which I thought was pretty funny. I appreciate that they offer menus with pictures that you can review before you get to the counter. The menu allows both great combos, and the ability to customize your order. And both the fries and onion rings were hand cut. The CEO burger was over the top good! What an amazingly good burger experience. Loved the industrial decor. And the customer service was great. Really enjoyed the atmosphere at burgerfi. We were here for a brief moment for their famous beef dog. We sat outside at the terrace and did a mini photoshoot for about an hour. It was the perfect spot to chat, take photos, eat and watch the cars drives by. The ambiance was really chill. Pet-friendly sitting outside with their owner, they even offered water bowls right outside for dogs. You can't go wrong eating at burgerfi. It's exactly like shake shack dinning style. read more

The food was TERRIBLE, with the exception of the maple bacon shake, which was good enough to get them two stars. The chicken sandwich was cooked on the outside but the coating was uncooked inside. Burger Fi is simply the best burger in Saratoga NY. Arguably all of the Adirondacks, though i bet some dank burgers are out there. Everything here is perfect, from the branded toasting to the slightly still connected bun to prevent toppings from slopping out. Right now there is the added bonus of a front seat to the culture wars. Nightly gathering of protesters entertain and dazzle the senses while you sit on the seats owned by a perfect fusion of culture...being both veteran owned and sustainable minded. Just not good. I had the Wagyu burger and my wife had the Wagyu dog. Neither tasted like the Wagyu we've had before. They were tasteless and fatty. The onion rings were just deep-fried, flavorless rings that took a lot of salt and ketchup. Also, they had no zero-calorie soft drinks. Who, in heaven's name doesn't have zero-calorie drinks these days? Diabetics gotta love this.... The staff was rough. Do not eat here. Take your business to a local restaurant nearby. The burgers are overpriced and you will have better luck at McDonald's or Wendy's. Today, my coworkers and I picked up our online orders and when we got back to the office we realized all of our soda drinks were flat. I tried to call the store but there is no way to talk to an actual person. The voicemail box for Kevin the manager is also full. Probably full of other complaints. My coworker went to speak to someone at the store and was told the soda machine doesn't work and there is no way for them to relay this information to anyone placing an online order. Why weren't we informed then of this when we picked up our stuff? Why would you not tell your customers that the soda machine is broken when they ordered a soda? There is also no way to refund or do anything because we placed the orders on the app. This business is ridiculous and should be shut down. Replace this storefront with a local business instead of this corporate crap hole. read more

Some of the BEST burgers I've had In a long time. I've tried the veggie burger and the chicken burger, and LOVED them both (especially the veggie though!) - super flavorful -super crispy patty - gives you that comfort food feel u may be looking for, BUT is very light and easy to eat. It's NOT one of those burgers where you get it and ur like omg this is gonna be overwhelming, heavy, oily, and fall apart as you eat it. You won't get that "omg I just had so much junk food" feel for sure. - also tried both the regular bun it comes with and the gluten free bun, both were great! Also had the Parmesan fries: - a regular is DEF big enough for like 4 people - crispy - flavorful - loaded well with sauce and Parmesan -- love when restaurants don't skimp out on toppings! Also tried the banana churro milkshake: (I wasn't the biggest fan but I am really picky on desserts anyways-- it wasn't bad) - its BIG and heavy and thick, but if thats how you like milkshakes, you will love it - it is definitely very sweet - has a very milky flavor for sure - comes with an actual churro! Available real estate on Broadway in Saratoga Springs is a rarity, and likely only available at a premium. Thus it is not surprising that this BurgerFi is in a narrow, deep storefront, unlike its more open airy-spaced sister in Latham that was part of new construction. With that said, we were lucky enough to score a parking spot on Broadway only a half block away. The burger gods must have been looking out for us. Consistent with the Latham location, the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with nice flavor. My wife and I shared a Large order ($4.37) which was quite plentiful. A reasonable list of draft beers allowed us to have pints ($5.97) of Sam Adams Octoberfest and Saratoga Death Wish IPA. We were not fans this year of Sam's Octoberfest. I went with the standard Double Bacon Cheese Burger ($8.77) while my wife chose the Green version of a Double Cheese Burger ($7.47). Per usual, they don't ask you how you want your burger cooked, and both had only the faintest bit of pink color in the center of the patty. My "Double" not only had 2 patties, but 2 slices of American cheese, and 2 layers of thick and crisp bacon strips. My wife's "Green" version had lettuce leafs wrapped around her 2 patties with American cheese in place of the standard bun. It was a bit messy to eat, but she handled it. We added lettuce and tomato to both our burgers at no additional cost. Between the two locations, I've now been to BurgerFi three times. The best part about going to this national chain is that you can get decent draft beer with very good fries. Otherwise, the burgers are about average. But there are still many other options in Saratoga that are more likely to be our choice, especially for just a burger and beer. read more
