It's Boo-Rito season ;-) Spooky season is upon us and I was happy to see Moe's get into the festivities. It lightened the mood in the entire place for sure, BUT it is a bit early - I wonder if this skeleton came to eat and decided to stay a while!! Maybe unrelated to Spooky season.... See my picture - on the upside, if you come alone, you can always sit with Mr. Spooky.... This location was quick and fresh! You always have a choice for your burrito but I feel like Moe's blanco queso is top-tier among all the burrito spots. This sets it apart - in a category of its own. Also, add in the fact they offer seasoned rice, it has a more "authentic" feel. If you prefer veggies only - they have rice, beans (protein), corn, onion/pepper mix, also fresh white onions, black olives, lettuce, fresh cilantro, and a little jalapeno to kick up the flavor a notch. It was Moes day on the third floor in the 'bury. Mostly the girls wanted their chips with queso, and the guys wanted the burritos. I went with the homewrecker burrito because its bigger and has more meat than the classic burrito and I could share. I couldn't even finish my half. I crave flavor and more spice. The cilantro lime rice tasted weird and took from the flavor of the burrito. The girls said the chips were dry, with almost no salt, and no hint of oil. The burrito was bearable but so lacked flavor, did not lift the mood, or satisfy my burrito craving. These are the days I miss living in San Fran. read more

My daughters went there 8-31-25 and one found 3 hairs in her food. Two were clearly from different people with one being long and the other being short and red hair. No one was wearing hair nets or beard nets. Absolutely not acceptable. She was given a refund but turned off from eating for a while. Definitely will not be going back to that location and possibly avoiding Moes all together for the foreseeable future. read more

Typical Casual Burrito restaurant, there are many choices out there and Moe's has always been my favorite. Love their queso! Staff was friendly and fast. Restaurant was clean. Prices are decent. read more

Service was terrible. Food had been sitting for a very long time, to where the meat, rice and beans had begun to dry. Guacamole had a layer of brown for sitting out long. . Queso was just straight cheese and had no flavor, the chips that came with the cheese were stale even though they had just been fried. Table's were very dirty. Soda machine was straight carbonation. I will not be returning and Don't recommend coming to this Moe's location!! read more

I love the bowls here the way I get them made, however my major complaint is with the new system for ordering online. Now you have to select that you want chips and salsa...not a big deal right...well what if they give you a bag full of chips and one small container of salsa....Good Luck eating those dry chips. After receiving new management this location of Moes has improved greatly. The food quality and customer service was superb. I was welcomed with the usual "Welcome to Moes!!" greeting and everything after was a delight. My food was prepared with care and attention to detail. The portion sizes were exceptional and staff were very kind and welcoming. Excellent atmosphere. I will be returning very soon and letting others know of the improvement. read more

Upon walking in the door at this restaurant everyone greeted us with a friendly hello. They were very patient with our order and was on point with all of the stuff that we ordered. And was friendly the whole time we were eating in a restaurant. Someone even walked by and said is everything OK? So I highly recommend this restaurant for any kind of quesadilla or wrap or taco you may want. read more

Their prices are very reasonable and I like their food a lot. I'm very sensitive to spices and they do a great job of keeping that at bay for me while my boyfriend gets to spice up his meals. They have a very friendly staff and have a great meal prep time for pick up and delivery. A go to favorite during quarantine. read more

We stopped on a Friday after work, starving. Our first visit. Positive; excellent menu with vegan and veggie options. Negative that drives this rating: dirtiest restaurant I have seen in a long time and that includes high volume McDonald's.. Everything was filthy, the cook area, salsa bar, drink area and tables, Staff method of cleaning was to take the same cloth from table to table and push to the floor. No follow up sweep that we could see. Truly disappointed as that menu is awesome sauce. read more

I've been to a few different ones. Maybe this one was having a bad day? No friendly "welcome to Moe's!" When we walked in. The order was fine but when we got to the end where there was a trade of from food handlers to money handler. The Manager "Nate" -his tag was on his hat. Was barking orders at his employees. He act d as if we weren't there and never acknowledged us as he spoke down to his employed. One an older woman and the other a young man. The young man at the register just looked like his soul had died. He would have rather been anywhere other than there. Being belittled in front of customers. Maybe find someone different to train your staff. read more

Moe's Monday is the best! Great specials on their food pricing. Used to go to Chipotle, but Moe's has them beat. Staff is always very friendly, Nate does a great job managing. Food portions and quality are never lacking. I order either a Burrito or the Nachos. If you get Nachos to go, make sure to have the queso put on the side to prevent the Nachos from getting soggy on the way home. Order ahead on their mobile app for rewards and to beat the line. Don't forget to hit the salsa bar for your chips. read more

Pissed off hungry pregnant lady right here! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT MOES IN SALISBURY! I always look forward to the greeting "welcome to moe's" and we got nothing. Downloaded the app outside so we could get the regular moes Monday special to only see a sign inside stating it would not be honored if downloaded today. FALSE ADVERTISING. Cashier refused to scan my rewards code. After I informed them that sweet tea was unsweetened I had to request a new cup and then the "manager "(I guess..he was wearing blue but didn't act like it) proceeded to taste it as if I was lying. The salsa area was gross...lemons covered in salsa. Everything was tossed in together in each bin in the prep area. This blonde girl named "natalie" kept making comments when I told them this was my worst experience here ever. THEN I find on my receipt I was overcharged. So I calmly went up and asked for an adjustment at which point I was challenged again. She proceeded to walk up to the guy and make a rude comment about me...THE CUSTOMER . Angry pregnant mode came out....I loudly said "yes ...it is a big deal. I was overcharged. Anything else to say Natalie?" The manager finally came out and asked if I had an issue. I told him not anymore and that i would be calling corporate in the morning. Yelling "Welcome to Moes!" When I walk in, is a good way to make sure I NEVER return. Just stupid. Idiotic names for a taco like "Overachiever" guarantees embarrassment when ordering, giving me another reason to never return. Finally, $11.50 for 2 "not so big" tacos and a medium drink is too expensive for what is still basically, a fast food restaraunt. Try Tacos Chabelita in Laurel, De. Went one time when they opened and our second time a few days ago. Food taste like you made it at home (no flavor) staff is rude and impatient . Lemons by the water fountain have no cover over them or tongs so you have to use your fingers which is very unsanitary. Never going back. read more

Food was not bad. My order wasn't entirely accurate but I blame that on the ambient noise and frantic nature of the employees. Seems a little pricey for a glorified Chipotle but the idea of the order I got was good. The execution...less than spectacular. I love those coke machines. read more

One of the best places I've ever eaten. You can create your own burrito or bowl. The Wrong Dougs are a great choice.

13.89 for 3 tacos and a small soda! That is total absurdity! Food was decent but no better than Chipotle and about 4 dollars more expensive for the same order of tacos. The only difference is a bunch of kitchen guys shout at you when you enter the restaurant. I use to think Chipotle was expensive but I this restaurant is just price gouging. I think of Mexican as a inexpensive meal, but these people have somehow suckered up a strong client base somehow. read more

I have always enjoyed going to Moe's in Rehoboth. Unfortunately the experience was not the same today in Salisbury. The people preparing the food acted like we were disturbing them. I ordered two soft tacos that everything was plopped on. Nothing was distributed at all. When they were enclosed in foil they looked more like a. ball than the shape of a taco. I passed my the trash can on the way the salsa bar. It was overflowing with garbage. The salsa bar was almost completely empty. After I found a clean table, which took a while, I sat and watched as 3 different employees went and filled up their cup with soda. Not one of them glanced in the direction of the salsa bar or at the trash can. Needless to say when it was time for me to take care of my trash I had to add it to what was already piled on top. I will go the extra distance from now on to go to Chipotle. I will not be back to Moe's in Salisbury. The only reason I rated it 2 stars is after I distributed my ingredients throughout my taco it was tasty. read more
