Stopped at the Sabor Latino Taco Truck in Georgetown and had the Quesa birria, Lengua, and Pastor tacos. Everything was delicious and fresh! The lady supervising and taking orders was so sweet and the food was ready in no time​​. Great flavor especially on the Birria and Pastor tacos. Would definitely come back again! read more

Small place. We were the only non-Hispanic customers there for lunch Saturday. They take your order at the counter. Then they bring the food to you. Very friendly staff. The dining area has 4 four seat tables and 4 two seat tables. The menu is quite extensive. We ordered the Carne Asada platter and the Carnitas Burrito. Both were fresh, tasty, and authentic. I had the burrito - it was huge with rice, beans, sour cream, and carnitas. The Carnitas had a crispy texture that elevated the burrito experience. Delicious! Lots of parking in the strip mall location. I took off 1 star due to the unisex bathroom at the back of the restaurant. read more

They need to put more effort into cooking their food. I ordered two soups two tacos and a tamale. The soups were OK but it looks like they didn't really clean the produce or chicken that much before putting it into the pot for soup. They also only ration out 2 pieces of meat per soup. I'm only eating a little because hopefully boiling water addresses it and I'm sick, hungry and already spent my money. The tacos were OK, nothing spectacular and the tamale was really disgusting. It tasted as if they poured a pound of salt in it and wrapped it up in a banana leaf. This is so inconvenient. I'm already not feeling good and received a subpar meal I hope they do better. read more

Such great food. This is a hidden gem. The sign says open but hard to be sure with windows all covered. But the best plantains I have ever had. The carnitas taco were unbelievably great - Mexican style. Pupusas great too. You will not regret stopping here. Can't wait to go back again. read more

Traveling through Milford and looking for a place to stop for dinner. As usual, Yelp did not steer me wrong. We came to this shopping plaza because of Abbotts Grill, but decided to go for Mexican food instead. This place is very authentic Mexican, which is what we were looking for. I had the Carne Asada and my mother had the Chicken Burrito. The Carne Asada was fantastic. It came with rice, beans and a small salad. My mother enjoyed the Chicken Burrito as well. Both were around $8-10 and were very filling. The chips were hot and prepared fresh, and the salsa had a nice flavor. Not very spicy, but tasty. Chicken and chorizo tacos are delicious! The plantains are so yummy! My husband and I frequently visit their "On The Go" food truck one weekend in Georgetown Rt 9 in the church parking lot. The young lady running the food truck is so sweet always making sure we are happy with our meals. I noticed we could call ahead and found out the store front is located in Milford. We went to visit our friends at El Sabor Latino, a family restaraunt. My friend, Alex, was hard at work making the wonderful dishes we have come to love. My girlfriend ordered an order of papusa's and I ordered a Cubano sandwich and as usual we were not disappointed! I visited here last week and ordered carry out. I was unaware until after getting my order that there was a minimum of $10 to use a debit card and I had no cash. The employee who checked me out acted irritated but said it was okay. Today I visited for lunch and went up to counter and asked to place a carry out order. This same employee looked at me and shook her head and said "no!" So I sat down at a booth assuming I would be served. I waited about 5 minutes while the employee flat out ignored me. She assisted other guests around me but never acknowledged me again. She actually walked right by me several times and I even made eye contact with her with my menu closed to show I was ready to order. After the five minutes I got up and left as I was completely appalled and embarrassed. I choose to go to Bibi's Mexican Restaurant a few doors down in same shopping center. They were very courteous and had no problem allowing me to place a carry out order and showed me the free salsa bar for my tacos. I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant but I will never return again after this. Customer service matters. I'm not going to be flat out ignored when I have the right to dine anywhere I choose. read more

No risk of the employees here getting another job and leaving. They're just not bright enough. You call and try to get their address and they can't even understand why you'd ask the question. The woman who answered the phone the first time hung up on me. I call back and she hands the phone to a guy who says "We're over by the laundromat". That's swell.. but I can't enter "Over by the laundromat" into my GPS. We go round and round for 5 minutes. I was a skeptical when I first walked into this little restaurant that was hidden in a larger shopping center. The minimalist atmosphere reminded me of a similar Mexican place thatI live near, (which is pretty awful). To my surprise, the food was actually pretty good! I wanted chorizo tacos, but they were out of chorizo :( I settled with chicken tacos. The chicken actually had some tendons still in it, so that was ehh. The enchiladas were actually really good, but the rice and beans that came with it were pretty standard for a Mexican restaurant. Although, the best thing that I ate would have to be empanadas. The crust was perfectly flaking and the meat inside was seasoned perfectly. It came with lettuce and tomato on top, which is could have done without. My wife and I loved the food. Very authentic Mexican food. Gorditas superb flavor. When my wife's fish came out whole on the plate I thought...Ok. She was digging in before I could comment. It was delicious and not uncommon for her I guess. A diamond in the rough. The place is not a fancy sit down...so what the food was incredibly good. To the person that needed directions sorry you missed it. How can you rate something a 1 if you didn't try it? Perhaps you should learn some Spanish if you want to eat Spanish food. I'm from DC. It's drowned in culture. Moving here was a surprise because it's so much culture in terms of food! The have the biggest pupusas I've seen at a restaurant. It's very small for you want service. Call ahead because they make their good fresh. They are a bit pricey but, it's worth it! read more

Was in the area so I looked on yelp to see if I could find an authentic Breakfast Burrito. Went into the establishment and asked if they had breakfast burritos. The girl at the front could not speak a word of English, so I ordered 2 tacos, which took 15 minutes to make. Seems a little long to make 2 tacos but on the bright side the tacos were good. So I'm giving them a 3 because their food was good but their service definitely needs help.. read more

Awesome tacos! The carne asada is my go to. The al pastor is also very tasty. There isn't anything I've had that I haven't been happy with. Stopped for lunch on my way back to DC from the shore and boy am I glad I did. I had the pork belly papusa, the combination fajitas, and the strawberry "milkshake." The entire meal was ~$20 and I went home with enough leftovers for dinner and breakfast. The papusa was delicious. Great texture on the belly. The steak, chicken, and shrimp in the fajitas were well-seasoned and not overcooked, the beans and rice were great sides, the tortillas were decent corn tortillas, and the vegetables had great flavor and texture too. The "milkshake" is actually a smoothie. It's very good if you're into that sort of thing and at $3.50 for what must have been 24 or 28 oz., it's a great value (as was the rest of the meal). Parents and I stopped into eat here while running a few errands. I'm from Texas so I'm very picky about my Latin food. This place was awesome. It's not Mexican food but rather more Puerto Rican. It was awesome. My dad and I had the enchiladas. The cook was able to cook cheese ones as I don't normally eat chicken ones. It was topped off with an amazing verde chile sauce with a bit of a kick. The rice was nice and light. My mom had the tamale. It was cooked in the banana leaf...yes!!! It was awesome as well. Got to watch a soccer game as well. Good food and good service. The owner even talked to us. He was very polite and great to talk to. I will be back to try the menudo that is homemade on Thursday's only. read more

This has got to be the best taco place in Delaware. The restaurant itself doesn't have much in the way of ambiance so for me it's a go-to take-out place. The chicken are consistently the best but the beef are pretty good too. They usually come with avocado, onion, and cilantro and if you like heat get the red sauce. Really good value too.
