I could only make a dent in the pancakes which were as big as the plate and loaded with blueberries. I took them with me and nibbled on them the rest of the way through to West Virginia. They held up. They were soft but not fall apart so perfect to take leftovers along. I will be looking forward to my next trip through to stop again.
