I received a jumbled box of 20 plants that was leaking dirt. All 20 were loose and bare root in the box with broken stems. They took no responsibility for the plants that were received broken and bare root. I now have 10 plants that look nice, 14 that are broken and unsure if they will survive and 6 that are just sticks. They basically said they did there best and the plants will be fine. Buyer beware!
