They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. Second update: We cancelled our service after they broke our gate getting into our yard and were seen throwing sticks into our neighbors yard. Terrible!

The estimates are reasonable, and Linda, who coordinates the jobs and takes the payments, is very responsive and quick to reply to questions. Overall, I recommend them for affordability, communication/responsiveness, and timeliness.

So I cancel my service with them, but I had one more day paid for. They came out and mowed their last day. And then they charged me for another month's service today. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.
