He had such an attitude and interrogated me like I was a criminal! And yes everyone in town told me it's because I have California plates and just like Vegas where I currently actually live most of the time and commute back and forth to California but that's another story! I followed 3 other cars off exit 9 turning right. Well apparently the car who went up the middle left side of the lane wasn't turning left but was also going right so I technically turned and cut him off. The officer said to me at least 4 times didn't I see the white line. We drove back over and walked over to look and the white line is covered in dirt and didn't even matter as far as it's only one lane! But so many people did the same thing I did because it seems the way the lane is come up to middle you go left and everyone else hugs the shoulder to turn right. Look I get it I was wrong made a mistake have only been to this area a few times. I was visiting friend who had to move to an area for a disease and who are also new to the area. So not a party person. He walked up to the car with an attitude! Asked me so many questions that actually I know I didn't even have to answer but I tried to be polite but by the end the way he was speaking to me I was ready to say F U and just give me my ticket already! He could have warned me or even explained to me right away what I did but no just attitude and waited to tell Me until he came back with the ticket and when I said I have a very good record and no tickets he just looked at me like We'll see! I drive a Jeep Cherokee and have a baby car seat in my car hello! Grandma car. His attitude and treatment make me want to stop sticking up for cops and say to everyone who always say they all suck that yep that's true! It was horrible and look maybe he's having a bad day but do better!!! Cuz that was horrible! I am still so upset about it! I didn't deserve to be treated that way for turning! We were All going Slow Enough and the big pick up truck that turned I left him go infront of me when I realized he was also turning no one honked or got upset or anything I waved my hand like my bad! And like I said 3 cars infront of me also turned! No harm no foul! Next time Just be friendly give me my ticket and we can all move on NO attitude and poor treatment required!

It just so happens that my very good friends parents have owned a mobile home south of hwy. 95 since the very early 80's It has served as a "vacation home" that they would use during the summer when taking their boats out to Lake Mohave. Over the last Memorial Day weekend, the mobile home was broken in to and both boats that were under the car port were stolen. One of the boats had extreme sentimental value since my friend parents ordered it in 1979 to their specifications. Also, my friends dad passed away a few months before this happened and that boat was one of his favorite possessions. On May 31, 2017 we drove to Bullhead City to meet with Officer Menard at the mobile home. Honestly, I was kind of worried in the beginning because I had heard so many negative things about Bullhead PD over the years. Officer Menard was extremely professional. She met us at the mobile exactly at the time she said she would. She was very patient when dealing with my friend and his mom and seemed to be genuinely concerned over what happened. In late July, my friend was notified by Bullhead PD that one of the boats was recovered and that the motor for the other boat was also recovered. On August 3rd we drove back down to Bullhead to retrieve both from the police station impound yard. On that day me dealt primarily with a lady named Darlene. She's in charge of evidence. We did deal with a few other ladies and a man that was in charge of maintenance on the property. I didn't get any of their names, but everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Bullhead PD went out of there way to make retrieval of the boat and motor as easy as possible for us. While we were in the lobby waiting, several strange and or problematic individuals walked in for different reasons. These are the kind of people that i would not have the patience to deal with. However, Darlene and the other ladies working the front counter did and I was impressed how they dealt with them.

At the Cove, just to enter the water you have to carefully trudge around a landslide beaten trail that leads over some yet established potential jumping cliffs. We were slightly low on water and were able to get an additional bottle from a passing boater. They did not tell us they called the rescue team and if we had known, we would have stopped them! Not realizing that a team was coming to shore to find us we packed up and headed back. We hiked, solo climbed and trudged these lands to peak over a total of 8 Rocky/"trailess" mountains and were greeted by a chopper and nearly 20 rescue personnel at the trail head. They all seemed amazed that we made it out safely! Though we did not end up needing them, we are grateful for more than just ourselves. THE MOST AMAZING PART: A man that had been missing for over 48 hours, (while searches end if you aren't found in 48 hours) without water, was saved because they did not realize that we were going over the mountains and went on searching around them! They hiked the entire forest just to find us! The Mohave County Search and Rescue is an ALL VOLUNTEER team that will not give up on any single life! This says a lot about feeling safe when visiting this area.

The bartender s friend (self proclaimed by the bartender) caused a huge distraction next to us. She broke glass that wasn't from our table, so she must have brought it with her (as we were sitting in the corner away from the other tables). Anyway, this friend of the bartender must have taken my purse. Jim Mills saw it hit the floor and asked me if I had my purse. I didn't. He went out back to see if he could find this person. People found her. Next thing we know after calling 911, this attempted their brought the balloons back. After the police came, my purse miraculously appeared on another table. The police came and since the bartender kept saying that nothing was stolen, they disappointed us with what felt like a lack of follow through. The Kingman Police Department needs to retrain the female officer. She was rude and combative. Protect and serve wasn't the mood, for sure. (We were asked ti leave the bar by the bartender. I guess calling the police and reporting a crime is undesirable). What a disappointment that such a con disappointed our evening. We were literally discussing future trips here to try their hops. The customer service from the gas station Uber driver, and waitress at Grand Canyon Brewery do not reflect this rude and abusive behavior. Those three exceptions could and possibly should be employed by the Kingman Chamber of Commerce. They were over the top with personally and service. Gratefully, I seem to have my belongings back and a nice bystander prayed with us. But, buyers beware. I would avoid Black Bridge Brewery like the plague.

My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!

Then came service...I was intimidated by all the options, worried about places that had attempt limits (I didn't want to end up paying with no service completed), or that I might be left hanging for weeks. I was delighted when less than 24 hours later, Mahmoud sent a photo of the defendant looking confused with my lawsuit in his hand. This has been such a stressful experience overall, that having one aspect of it actually bring a smile to my face was such a relief. Wherever you're located in the 909 (I'm in Redlands and the defendant was in Yucaipa), you will be pleased with this Inland Empire Process Server--look no further!
