Ryan, A true Super Star!!! My Honey & I visited this location to get our Passport info submitted, all locations in Vegas has a 2 month waiting period just to get an appointmen. Ryan facilitated that day and took it upon himself to submi. We received same yesterday!! Truly A Remarkable feat!!! A credit to The USPS!!! I want to thank Ryan for helping my mother with a stressful situation. Long story short.... She got dragged into some Facebook scam, and he helped her with the paper work needed yesterday and the day before (4/25+26/22). She has Parkinson's disease, and was a mess at the time because of the anxiety the "Facebooker" was causing. I am four hours away and it is very comforting to know there are people out there that are helpful, kind, and take care of others. I also want to mention the lady that was working at the counter with Ryan that day. I did not catch her name, but I want to thank her for her beautiful smile and kind nature. People like that nowadays are hard to find. read more

Lisa, the front desk clerk, seemed nice at first. Told us we could stand to the side and wait for her to help a few costumers so we could proceed and do our 1 year olds passport application after we drove an hr and a half to get to Laughlin. Waited about 40 min with a 1 year old and a 3 year old for her to tell us we couldn't be helped today because they were closing now and we could only make an appointment online. Very unprofessional, she should have told us that we couldn't get the passport today knowing we drove and had small children waiting. Wish I would have spoken to someone more willing to do their job and not be lazy. read more

Service is bull. I sold something online, and printed tracking label 9405509699939372538326 to ship. I dropped it off at the Laughlin Outlet mall the following day and no movement. So when my buyer doesnt see movement for almost two weeks, they file a claim against me online. I respond with an offer to replace, and when they agreed, I shipped item right away (see tracking 9405509699938935155000) and drop it off in Bullhead city across from Malow's. When I try to dispute my charges for postage on the original package, guess what? There is finally movement on it. Well what do you know? Be cause of the Laughlin Post office screw up, I am now out double the postage, and double the items because I made a new shipment when I didn't have to. Bull$#!+ service, and no way for me to recoop my lost money. Even if the customer returns the second item (which I don't expect them to do), I still lost out on the Priority Mail postage. read more

I have been to this post oqffice many times over the padt 20 years. Always greeted with a smile and quick service. I just moved from another place in Laughlin, and my new mailbox key would not work. I gave the info to the woman at the counter, and she asked me to wait a moment. She quickly came back with the postman and he said he would meet me at the mailbox in about 10 mins. I went to mailbox, and he showed up in less than 10 mins. He checked the key in lock ancd it didnt work. He changed the lock and gave me new keys. Less than 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. I requested a changed of address online at the end of April to go into effect May 1, received 2 confirmations. 2 weeks later I was still getting deliveries to the old address. Found a hand written not on an envelope "change address". Went to PO to complain and was assured by Lisa that she would speak to carrier to correct it. 1 week later I found 2 packages in old box ( luckily I kept key) Lisa was extremely defensive when I confronted her about still receiving mail in old box( she always has to have the last word and runs her mouth on and on). Another week and I'm still getting mail in old address, this time I call to speak with Postmaster who isn't in, so I get the "acting" PM who I tell my ongoing drama to. He says he will speak to the persons responsible, I ask him if he can guarantee me that All my mail will be forwarded to new box( 2 boxes down from old) and he hesitates but says Yes. Ok, so I'm thinking problem solved. WRONG! Ordered medication from VA and after I didn't show up I decided( silly me) to check the old box, oh guess what? Yes there it was inside, it was sitting there for 1 week in the blistering heat! OMG am I Pissed. Call the PO and read the riot act to once again, the "acting PM because the Post mast is once again not in on a Friday. (Bankers hours?) It's now Monday June 22 10:15am and I call again to speak to her but she hasn't arrived yet....Hmmm how will this play out? read more

Lisa helped my boyfriend and I with our passports and she was incredibly nice with us even when we made a little mistake. Honestly every post office I've ever been to was a totally different experience but Lisa knew exactly what she was doing and was very helpful the whole time. I should not say I've never had a worse experience at a U.S. Post office because I have. But this one was right up there with the worst of the worst. I needed to send a registered letter to Denmark. The lady at he counter told me : The service is not available; it can't be done ! The computer will not let me do it ! I asked if this was the same US Postal service as we have in Astoria Oregon, and for that matter all over The United States of America because I just sent a similar letter a while ago from there and it worked just fine and the service was available ! I got no answer of course.! WENT TO BULLHEAD CITY AND GOT IT MAILED . Furthermore I wanted send a letter to Oregon, a couple of keys, in fact, No padded envelope was available. Used a photo mailer. First the postage a different lady put on was wrong and she had to pull the stamp, we had to recharge my debit card. Just about the time I think we're done she puts it through some cardboard gauge and it barely squeezed through but it did. but Voila now we had to add another 29 cents, back to the debit card process for readjustment. I told her I could reposition the keys individually and that would flatten the envelope; but she told me " NO " ! What a nightmare ! But it's done Never to be tried again ! read more

I went to send a package on Friday 9/14/18 for 2 day shipping..I checked tracking 24 hrs. later and it showed pkg was still at Laughlin PO..I went in Saturday to ask why pkg was still here..Was I paying for storage or shipping ??..Was told pkg was on the way to Las Vegas but I previously knew things went to Phoenix..Was still told 'NO' it's going to Vegas..Checked tracking Sunday early AM and it showed pkg on way to PHOENIX not LAS VEGAS..So if you want to pay for BAD service, being lied to and misrepresented facts, Laughlin is your place..For me it's Bullhead City from now on !! read more
