He pleaded guilty for grand larceny for scamming customers in 2021 and is supposed to be on probation for 5 years, so I am unsure how he can operate in the same industry while under probation. I had to push him to finish 2 concrete projects at my home in 2021, for which he kept blaming delays on the concrete companies, only completed the job when I threatened to fire him, finished work at 9pm and thought we would pay him by looking at slabs by flashlight/truck headlights. He told us he was done, but when we refused to pay, he came back the next day and had to work another 6 hrs! I had a 1 year warranty built into our contract. When the concrete starting flaking within 6 months, I tried to contact him and he ghosted me. We are now just dealing with the flaking and I never want him on our property again.
