I received service quotations promptly, notification upon deposit receipt and quick turnaround for the install. Technicians were personable, professional and transparent about what would need longer term solutions. Inspection of my chimney and removal of the non-working gas fireplace revealed some structural issues that would have made full restoration to a working fireplace difficult, expensive and ultimately less efficient than a fireplace insert. I went with the Regency insert, which while smaller than I expected has turned out to be efficient and enjoyable. While an expensive choice, I'm thrilled to have a working fireplace again, and the ability to use it for a heat source as necessary.

May 22nd 2026 we had a home inspector come and do a detailed inspection for an unrelated circumstance and at that time we weren't aware of any issues. Once we received the official report and photos from the home inspection, it seemed familiar to me. So I pulled the chimney inspection and looked at them side by side. It was alarmingly clear that the home inspectors STRONG suggestion to obtain necessary repairs from a licensed contractor for EXACTLY what this company claimed to have already repaired months prior. Ultimately, no repairs were ever done and both inspection photos looked exactly the same which would indicate that this company allowed our chimney to remain out of code, an active safety and fire hazard and we used this trusting that it was now in working order. I provided them with the documentation and request that they refund the work they never did. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still have yet to be acknowledged which I presumed is what they'd do since the alternative would be to take accountability and at the very least apologize for the unsafe conditions they put my family as risk for and rightfully return our $5800.76 back to us. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have been instead given lack of professionalism.

Testing a small area on the pillars, before doing the entire pillar, turns out that the product creates a very high, glossy sheen. Calling Nick back, the friendly, helpful attitude evaporated! Not only do we feel we did not receive the advertised product but also that we paid an unreasonable amount for shipping and handling. We could have purchased the same type of product at the local paint store for a quarter of the price. I would not recommend Ecological Coatings to anyone.

I called him to ask if his product can be polished a bit in small area where the coating was thicker, He told me yes but then polishing made the area look worse. After calling him back, he became rude and said that he never suggested polishing, refused helping me or selling me a small quantity to patch the area. If you want poor quality product, poor service at a very high unreasonable price then you are at the right place !

On July 14th of 2026 I had a brand new driveway installed at my home. I have owned this home for…read more31 years and finally went from a gravel driveway to asphalt. They ripped up the old driveway that had the gravel, leveled it out. There were around 10 or 11 guys including the owner. It looks beautiful. We had a few estimates and decided on Fossett's. Neil the owner came down and did the estimate after my wife explained what she wanted done. He listened and made a few recommendations and so we agreed on a price and a date. They came down around 7:00 A.M. and were gone by 2:00 P.M. They did a fantastic job and Neil the owner stayed and worked with the crew the whole time. We were home and he kept us posted on what was going on. His crew were very friendly and really worked hard on this. We had some refreshments in the refrigerator in the garage so the guys could just help themselves to the gatorade, water while they worked. I just provided a plastic container for them to thrown them the empties. He has a very polite crew. I would recommend them anytime. By the way, the price was good also.
