I tried buying a necklace here yesterday and was accused of stealing. The consultant (long blonde…read morehair, maybe 30's) grabbed my bag off my shoulder and started rummaging through it while calling me a thief and yelling profanities. I tried to calmly explain to her that I was not stealing and had no intentions of stealing and yet she continued to yell profanities at me. I even gave her permission to look through my bag (after she already rummaged through it) to further prove I had nothing. She even called me a thief while I was leaving the store even though, she found nothing stolen. This was an awful experience. She was incredibly rude and I will never be shopping here again.
