So it smelled terrible & I had to do something to help my 80 mother in this situation .So I became a member of the " Cast Iron Pipe Lawsuit on behalf of my mother . When I notified the insurance company of my intention to file a lawsuit they sent 5 star plumbing to do a Repipe of my house I met Jay & the guys & I knew in an instant they were the ones who I needed to do the job. Problem was the Attorney wouldn't let them do it as the case had already been started so I was forced to wait a little longer I kept in touch with the guys & Jay and when they settled the claim I immediately called Jay & 5 Star plumbing back & in a few days they Drove from Miami & Daytona on a Friday morning & they checked into a Hotel at 7 am & they were at my house at 8 am ready to work, AND WORK THEY DID !! They went above and beyond to detect that the leak wasn't plumbing related per se but caused by a bad seal on the roof line where my sewer vents/plumbing stacks meet the outside. They stayed for two hours and were very thorough. Can't thank them enough.
