Located inside the Ontario Mills mall. Bought a mystery box of goodies that included the zombie pack, Romand palette and arencia cleanser. One of the items would have exceeded the value for the cost of the mystery pack so it was a good deal in addition to the cleanser i was interested in! Went back another day to pick up a few face masks but the cashier informed me of the buy 5 get 5 free so ofc I had to grab more and got a free medicube mask with their social media post offer which was a nice addition! I love the modeling masks and trying out new masks. The staff is helpful if you have any questions about their products and the displays are so neatly organized and with info about each product! Very cool store and the girls were very helpful, they offered to order sold out items.

I saw they had a five dollar deal for some of their products. When I went to purchase it, the cashier told me that I had to buy another product with it. So I grabbed another product and then told me oh sorry it needs to be $10 or more if you want to use your card. They need to start putting up signs because I felt like I was misled from the start. Plus I was looking around the store for a good ten minutes and none of employees even told me about the promotion rules. I'm never going back here. If you guys are looking for Korean beauty brands, you're better off going to Arcadia mall. Cheaper and more options and more stores. read more

I had no idea there was a k-beauty store in the IE until I did some research on a whim. I was so happy to find that they had the Torriden Balanceful Cream here for even cheaper than what Amazon sells it for. Additionally, they had a 40% off sale so I snagged the moisturizer for less than half of what I would've paid online. The other products seemed competitive or similar to what they retail for online so I will definitely be frequenting Moida! I'm so glad I don't have to go all the way to LA to find k-beauty goodies in store! read more

Been here multiple times with my partner who is visibly a brown person (I am a white guy for reference). Every time we've been in here, the workers ignore my partner when they walk in and talk to each other at the register while ignoring my partner. But when I checked out at the register and when I walk in the store, they greet me and talk to me. It's been many times that this has happened and the workers always talk to the other customers who are either white or pale-skinned. Will not be coming back here. read more

Yesterday evening, I went into the store with my teenage daughter, who suffers from acne and it really affects her self-esteem. Since I'm new to Korean skincare products, I was hoping to find natural options for her. Nicole assisted us and asked my daughter her age, but then hesitated to recommend any products because of it. Her attitude seemed rude, and she wasn't answering our questions. My daughter is 13 and dealing with acne; it shouldn't have been up to Nicole to decide not to show us the products or guide us on what to do. My daughter had done her research on skincare products beforehand and was excited to finally get the help she needed. Unfortunately, Nicole did the opposite, and my daughter left feeling upset. I've came here a few times and every time I come I have a really good experience. The employees are always really nice and helpful and most of the time they have 1 girl on floor if not 2 and 1 on register unless it's a busy day. My only issue are the customers because it's always people coming in large groups and touching but not buying. The employees still attend to them because but I rarely see people receiving their help and walking away with a bag. They usually just come in and don't buy. read more

At Moida, I saw Mixoon, Tirtir, RoundLab, Beaty of Joseon, IsnTree, Rom&nd, and so much more!! Mixoon and Tirtir are the newest companies and are very popular in Korea. Now, the products are here in the IE! I admit that Korean beauty standards are a bit extreme, but the practice of good skin care and good health are universal values, and Korean products deliver! First of all I'm super happy that this type of store exist and I don't have to drive all the way to koreatown in LA to stock up on my fave k-beauty brands but on my recent visit to Moida I purchased 2 sunscreens, went home and tried them and noticed the formulation feels completely different. Korean sunscreens are known for being lightweight and absorbing but when I tried both the Beauty of Joseon and the RoundLab Birch Juice sunscreen they felt heavy and greasy. Almost like the time I purchased on Amazon and it turned out to be dupes. Sort of disappointing, I probably wont be returning to this store. read more

Highly recommend this store if you are looking to better your face with great products. I heard about this store opening up in Ontario and had to visit it. As soon as I got into the store a young lady by the name Yome approached me and ask if I had any questions. I let her know that I was looking a whole new face routine. She ask me my skin type and asked if I was allergic to anything before proceeding to show me products. I let her know about my face and how it is oily and sensitive as well as having rosacea. She was very knowledgeable of each Product and pointed me to the right direction of what my face needed. She would show me products that were perfect for my skin type. She was not pushy for me too buy product but to be acknowledge of what ingredients would help my face. I ended up getting products specifically for my skin type. Would highly recommend shopping here I have already visited the store four times and each time I left with something new for my face. I came in today Sunday 2/16 looking for face masks I have bought before the deep moisture masks...and the girl that "helped me" was not only so rude upon arrival and sarcastic but realistically has no idea of the product she tried to upsell. I have extremely dry skin and you're going to recommend a foaming cleanser? I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this store today! However some of these workers need to learn respect, when a friend asked for a toner recommendation the employee we asked was demanding to be given cotton rounds by another employee who i may say was extremely overwhelmed. As we were walking by a display stand we heard who we speculate was the manager getting loudly upset with an employee asking them in a rude loud tone, "What are you doing?" in front of other patrons.
