There's so much to improve. I honestly slept on my opinion before posting this, but I couldn't help it any longer. After a terrible week without some of my favorite employees (owner refused to tell me where my fav associate was) I decided I could no longer depend on this store for my supplies. Truthfully, they rarely have anything readily stocked and they seem to be short staffed now. Cathy was very rude when I asked for help and all she was doing was posting videos on her phone. I won't be returning. I suggest you save yourself a trip and shop Amazon or Lash Cartel instead instead. read more
