SERVICE: I didn't feel particularly welcome in the store. There was no offer extended to help me find merchandise. No overview of the store and custom printing. I witnessed similar experiences for other patrons. I would have loved a friendly greeting and a story about the store. After all, it's one of a kind in the neighborhood.
