Insurance broker is one stop shop for all of insurance you need. I would love to give Alec 10 stars. He is young, full of knowledge and experiences. He is very detailed and patience. He spent over an hour with us going through all of pricing and different type of coverage for each of the categories like auto, home, pet, accidental, critical illness and life insurance. Compared all of the prices out there to what we're currently have. It turned out to be we have very good coverage and good prices. He didn't try to change our mind to go with his quote. Not trying to sell us anything. The best part he gives us his personal opinion about what he would change or add if he were to have our policies because we have double coverage on some of them. I can go on and on about how wonderful and honest Alec is but it will be too long. Please everyone, if you need to check for new policies set up an appointment with Alec either in person or over the phone. We prefer in person because we can see the monitor screens, we can see all the details right in front of our eyes. We called them back and spoke to Alex who said it was actually a broker fee. We told him we did not appreciate being lied to and he stated there is nothing we can do as he is the manager. We put a complaint with progressive and leaving this review. Guess that's all we can do. We would not mind paying a broker fee but be honest about it. Insurance rates are through the roof and then getting taken advantage of is not the best feeling.
