The food and drinks were good! I really enjoyed the broccoli and the crab cakes. The Redfish was good too, but a little salty. Both meals came with side salad. I drove over an hour just to get their food. Together we ordered crab claws, fried ribs, spinach dip, shrimp and grits and the MoJo it stuffed turkey leg. Everything was a little salty and I couldn't eat the turkey leg(33.00) because the salt/seasoning was super salty. I did talk to the owner and he told me that he had served over 80 today with no such complaints. Will I go back, YES. I WILL never get a turkey leg again. I believe in giving another chance. I visited this spot over the weekend and I was blown away! The service was amazing, but the food was out of this world! We had the Cajun popcorn, which was lightly dredged and fried crawfish tails, jalapeno slices and maybe banana pepper slices, delish! But the star of that episode was the sauce, a Cajun creme sauce that turned each bite into a bite-sized etoufee, OMG! I also had the fried ribs, literally portable pork-chops, tender, juicy, perfectly fried and perfectly sized. We also ordered the Redfish, with green beans, over mashed potatoes, under a crawfish etoufee sauce, and a dirty rice stuffed turkey leg, which we had to get to go. Business was riddled with gnats! My wife's fish was not done probably from it being frozen. Ordered oysters thinking they would be char grilled but they were fried with a terrible sauce and some wack ass lettuce. Menu didn't mention that they were fried. Do not waste your money here. You'd be better off going across the street to McDonalds. read more
