She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and genuinely compassionate. She always listened carefully to my concerns, paid close attention to every detail, and took the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I always felt that she truly cared about my health and well-being. Finding a great physician is not easy, and since Dr. Lim left, I have not found another primary care doctor who provides the same level of trust, professionalism, and personal care. She set a very high standard. If Dr. Lim is still practicing medicine somewhere, I sincerely hope I can find her and become her patient again. She is caring and professional and patient, which is wonderful since my husband has dementia. Her support team is also great. We've been PAMF patients for decades. Her daughter has been on the same medication her life as well thank GOD so she has not had to go without- but I am literally shaking as I write this because this lady (MIL) is an angel on earth. We have subsequently schedule an appointment with a new doctor because this office obviously does not care for their patients or the outcome of their well-being to any degree whatsoever... Not to mention, now a month ago she literally cut off her thyroid medication without warning - did not call me or my mom to let us know that we needed to go to the lab in order to get a new prescription and she was left without thyroid medication. They did not answer my calls. I called three times in one week trying to contact them to figure out why they denied a refill without any warning and not even a grace period of a pills until we could get to the lab. I do not recommend this doctor or this office at all. Not to mention they don't have email they use fax machines still. And if they don't answer their phone. how else are you supposed to contact them? Terrible.

I called the billing office repeatedly--almost daily--to understand why the secondary insurance had not paid, only to later discover that PAMF never billed the primary insurance first as required. It took many phone calls with representative from both insurance and the billing stuff and a great deal of stress to resolve something that should have been handled correctly from the start. This has been a very frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I hope PAMF can improve their billing communication and coordination in the future.
