Don't get me wrong they make some good drinks, but I strongly suggest that if you are lactose intolerant and ask for a milk alternative, they're not always going to get it right. My stomach is HURTING bad, cramping and I have diarrhea because they made my drink with regular milk instead of oat milk. I've had this happen twice already and luckily I caught it the first time. They sell great coffee drinks, give fantastic service and it's always a pleasure even it there is a line. The intangible here that I have an ongoing daily relationship with the courteous, happy young people who work there. They can really give an older dude a positive shot in the arm. I know them all by name and they know me and what I drink before I order it. I even started a musical relationship with one I met there. They're just like a few more of my kids to love and that I do. Love this place! Their blended coffees are so good, they're almost like dessert. You wouldn't think a small coffee shack would be able to serve so many people so quickly, but even if the line is long, they do a great job getting people their drinks pretty quickly. This is a small hill country business with 4-5 locations in small towns, and it's fantastic. Long lines, but efficient process and service. Felt a little badly for the guy in the cold taking orders and payment, but he was excited and didn't seem fazed at all. He made some great recommendations and even taught me some new coffee lingo. The coffee was good and the warmed up muffin top was even better. It was so big it could be a whole meal, albeit not a healthy one! Definitely doesn't look like much from the outside, but definitely not a place to miss. My husband and I love this place. We live in Austin but when we drive north we always try to make a stop at Mojo. They have a very extensive menu and it takes me forever to choose what I want because I want to try everything! Their coffees are absolutely delicious. And the inside seating area is super cute. Last time I went it wasn't very packed but they had some live music in the corner. The staff is super chill and nice. Even though it looks like it's some thing that you would probably miss if you weren't looking, I definitely recommend this little coffee joint! Support local! And the locals do very much support this business. I'm in town from NYC, and Mojo has ~it~. My brother and I went during slow hours so it wasn't packed but wow this place can accrue a line. But the line is well deserved. They had a nice list of specialty lattes and other such things. I got the iced Almond Joy and my brother got the strawberry banana smoothie. The person who took our order on the iPad was friendly. We pull up the the window and the young guy is very personable. My latte was fantastic. I asked for it less sweet and it was to my liking. I could actually taste the espresso whereas I usually can't at Starbucks. My brother is picky and he loved his smoothie. The price is comparable to the chain, maybe a bit cheaper. The hype is real. I went in with low expectations and left feeling valued and satisfied. DO NOT GO TO STARBUCKS!!! I am in Burnet for two weeks for work and I stumbled upon this place when I went to the grocery store. First of all the have THE GOOD ICE and if you don't know what that means you will when you try it. The coffee costs the same as the chain down the road but the person who opened this up must have worked at Chick-fil-a because they have that drive through running like a well oiled machine. It's all young kids working there and they are super friendly. Oh and they have a stamp card. I get the chain all the time at home only because we don't have a good local coffee shop (this place is awesome not good.) I drink black cold brew because I love the taste of coffee and their cold brew is better than what I make at home. If you are just passing through or visiting definitely make this place part of your time in Burnet. read more

You can never go wrong with Mojos. The customer service can't be beat, and their drinks are delicious! My personal favorite is the dark chocolate mocha, and their chai tea is a close second. I've been dropping by Mojo's drive thru in Burnet this week while in town for work. I'm usually a black coffee drinker, but my usual coffee is mild, not very bitter, so I've needed to add cream to my order due to their stronger-flavored coffee, but this is a great little coffee shop with friendly staff and fast drive thru! The staff was so kind to give me a partially stamped coffee card this week since I'm only in town for the week, which gave me a free coffee after two purchases instead of the normal 10 purchases! Super cool find today while out with car buddy cruising thru Burnet. We arrived in town and pulled over to what looked like a convenience store. Place looked severely run down. Could have been the old grocery store before an HEB came to town? We then turned our attention to Mojo Coffee which we could see across the street. We got back in our cars and drove over to check out the crowd in the parking lot. Turns out it was a group of police, fire, and EMS workers raising money for a fellow employee that had been injured in a car wreck. Mojo was donating a portion of the profits for the day to help out as well as a general collection happening outside. A PA system set up playing music and plenty of folks to visit with. As for the coffee, I went with a Snickers flavored latte blended with chocolate milk, hazlenut, and caramel. Buddy had an Earl Gray Chai Latte iced. Both drinks were awesome! Don't think I've had a latte EVER that incorporated chocolate milk. Service was quick and friendly even with cars in the drive thru snaking around the building. Extra stars for helping out the county mounties for a good cause. Will be back the next time I'm out with the club! read more

Went here for the first time this morning and I loved it! The barista who helped me was quick and very sweet, he even thanked me for trying out mojo coffee. I got a medium iced vanilla latte and the flavor was just perfect. I was pretty jacked up after I finished it though, so a small may have been enough. Really precious coffee shop in the middle of Burnet. I would say this is a must stop for this town. The sweetest service from Rustin and great coffee (baristas name?). I got the almond joy with coconut milk and it wasn't too sweet but had some fun flavors. I'd try the chai next time.
