I discovered Indeed Coffee when I was dining at Injera and More (across the parking lot.) Indeed Coffee has a warm, welcoming and easygoing atmosphere. Many laptops were opening and active highlighting Indeed Coffee as a destination for students and remote workers. Given that it was my first time visiting Indeed, my barista made some suggestions. One of the top selections was the Lion latte, which contained lion mane's powder. Initially, I was hesitant to try a latte containing lion's mane, but ultimately decided to proceed. The coffee was well-crafted, smooth, and balanced with attention to detail. The espresso flavor was bold and robust...memorable! TacoDeli also provides tacos to Indeed Coffee. I was super disappointed when I ordered a vegan taco with avocado, black bean and pico de gallo and was given a bean and cheese taco twice. Apparently, TacoDeli had put the wrong stickers on the taco. My money was refunded and I got a chocolate vegan croissant, which was most delicious. Service was a standout with three baristas all serving you in some capacity. They were all friendly and accommodating. read more

Visited this cute little coffee shop for the first time today and loved it! They have an extensive list of drink options. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The barista recommended The Lion - a delicious latte containing "Lions mane" which heightens focus and reduces anxiety. They also serve tacodeli tacos and pastries + other bites. It is hard to say one coffee is better than another, however Instill Coffee has a pretty good cup of Joe. Today I ordered a hot Pecan Pie coffee. It had a great flavor with the Pecan standing out. The coffee was not acidity and therefore there was no bitter after taste nor did it upset my stomach. I drink my coffee without added sugar or cream and get the whole flavor. Along with the coffee I ordered a Ginger Snap cookue and Instill heated it. It was soft and very easy to eat. The ginger mixed with the sugar was great, not too sweet and not too sugary!!! The coffee shop order line was to the door when I arrived, but it didn't take but about 10 minutes before we received our order. The place was modern and clean. It was sat up to look like the food was coming from a farm. I had a wonderful time and felt totally relaxed while satisfying my sweet tooth. If you have never been here, you should come. Ordered one matcha latte for $9, was disappointed to find that the drink consistency was incredibly thin and watery. Additionally, the matcha was not fully dissolved and large chunks would occasionally float up. Lastly, due to the undissolved matcha the flavor was nonexistent and the drink tasted like flavored milk. We got dalgona matcha and almond croissant and total was 13 dollars + tip. I'm obsessed with their Spanish latte add and extra shot, it's the perfect mix of sweet and creamy, and I can't help but order it every time I come in. I came here mainly to try their strawberry matcha, but unfortunately they told me it's no longer available and that they're only running their fall menu right now. I also asked about the four-matcha tasting set they used to have, but the staff weren't sure if they'll continue offering it. In the end I went with the Dalgona matcha. The matcha itself was good, I asked for it half-sweet and really enjoyed the drink, but the topping was very odd, and I didn't like it. The staff were very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to, though they couldn't give me a clear answer about the tasting set. Just a heads up to anyone coming specifically for the strawberry matcha: it's not available anymore. I ordered my drink with almond milk. We waited forever and then had to get it to go. Once on the road, I saw that they made it with whole milk. I'm very glad I found Instill Coffee. I encountered a very friendly and helpful employee at the register. There were two new customers in line in front of me. He was very patient answering numerous questions about the menu for them (which helped me as a new customer as well!). The employees are all relaxed and seem friendly with each other. I ordered the magic lemonade, which had a beautiful lavender color atop a lovely yellow lemonade on bottom. It was infused with something and smelled lovely, but I don't recall what. But I'm going to try it again! The dairy-free ginger snap cookie is very enticing in the bakery case, so I had to have it. It was offered to me heated, which, what an awesome idea! It was tremendous! I like that it's easy parking even though it's small and the tables outside it has a umbrella and dog friendly for water bowl is available. The inside is limited decorations, but the seating is comfortable high tables and low tables with cushion and fall decorations. The menu on the wall and the point system are nice and easy to read and understand and I like the fact that they have straws and spoons and Forks out, but they only promise the napkins are hard and they're hard to get out of the machine little bit. I like that you can scan the menu and you can ask questions very easily. The staff is very friendly and they ask you what you need or how they can help you right away. The prices are decent and they do have vegan options and I like that I was able to take apart three different options to make my own because that's what I needed at the time for the avocado toast. Also, I have the pea flour lemonade and it really did taste sour and it was very pretty in color. I got a large size period I really like the vegan chocolate croissant. It was very flaky and it was very much cooked to the point where he had to you Biden, and you had to chew it a few times before you could swallow it because it was so flaky and fallen apart, but the same time it had a thick bite to it. The chocolate was melting inside and it was warm and it wasn't too sweet, but it was sweet enough and I would order that again and I like that it came with a fork and a knife already for you but you can get your own plastic ones also. They do have free water station and some other things that you can do for your coffee drinks. They do have plastic cups for your water and you can ask for a cup of ice if you need to and I have done that and they asked me if I needed water inside of it, which was very nice. There is a band that you put your own dishes inside of and there is a sign to return your dishes too. read more

I was in Lago Vista for a short trip and this was my go to place for coffee. It seems like this is the only "local coffee shop" available if you're staying in the Lago Vista vicinity. The good news: they have good, solid lattes. The bad news? Everyone and their grandma in Lago Vista and Cedar Park know it. It was INCREDIBLY busy when we went and there were no places to sit. And I get it: the ambiance is cool, the coffee is good, and the prices are fair. But if you're looking for a quiet place, this is not the coffee shop for you. If you've got them fancy noise canceling headphones on, and/or you're hanging out with some friends and want to stop by a coffee shop together, this is the place for you. I decided to go this morning to try out this new coffee shop. I had heard from friends about the unique coffee selections. It was a bit difficult finding the location when using Google Maps. Instill Coffee is located in a small shopping complex next to Kelly-Moore Paints. When I drove there, I missed the shopping complex and pulled into Kelly-Moore Paints instead. Turns out, the shopping complex isn't connected to the parking lot with the paint shop, so I ended up parking and walking the rest of the way while using Yelp to guide me. When I walked in, I noticed that there was no music playing despite there being speakers mounted in the walls. I was also told that their payment system was down so I was asked to pay using Venmo. I ordered a total of 3 drinks: Golden Turmeric Cappuccino (Sweet), Cookie Butter Latte, and the Hulk. The barista who took my order didn't repeat my order back to me so I was unsure whether or not she had inputted in the correct order. Each drink came out quickly, though one by one. I was called 3 separate times for the 3 drinks I ordered. I asked for a drink carrier, which wasn't offered initially, and was given one without hassle. I didn't stay at the establishment too long as I was getting a to-go order, but I saw plenty of seating and tables for socializing. The drinks themselves were each delicious, offering new flavors of coffee seldom found anywhere else in Austin. Giving 4 stars as there seems to still be some service kinks they need to work out, but I enjoyed the overall experience and will be going back! read more

The drink had a pleasant balance of sweetness and saltiness due to the foam, but it lacked the cookie butter flavor I was hoping for. The coffee shop offers a few tables along one side for patrons to enjoy their coffee or simply unwind. I was an install coffee drinker when the truck was in leander and have frequented the brick and mortar on Whitestone a few times. Unfortunately the service this last Saturday I visited has altered my experience. The cashier was busy taking order over the phone and kept looking to the others around her as I waited. I didn't mind that as it's a business and she was just working through the day. I ordered my drink and cookie and while I was ordering heard some names called out for drinks. I sat and ounce it turned to 8 minutes got up and figured maybe they were behind even though no one was in line. Another 2 min and I look over and see a drink with a cookie. I walk over and it was mine. I grabbed it and the cashier said "bye have a great day" they were kind and seemed to be the only one really making an effort at service. All in all the service experience won't stop me from coming as I enjoy Instill coffee. I would say maybe some consistency in calling orders out and kuddos to the cashier for driving the experience. read more

We finally have an amazing true brick and mortar coffee shop in the cedar park area! I may be exaggerating a bit as I'm sure there are a few other spots around but Instill comes in as a top tier coffee shop in the cedar park area. Not only do they offer great choices from their menu but I can absolutely + confidently say that they make some top tier drinks. The coffee artists are all super friendly and the new location is superb. Beautiful inside and seating area, perfect for WFH folks or just to stop by and read/chill. The americano is super good. Lots of flavor in their espresso and their buttery cinnamon roll latte has the perfect amount of sweet.
