After a disappointing visit to the Apple Store to get my 13" MacBook Pro screen looked at (was cracked on the whole right side), I decided to take my laptop to mojo and see what the price difference would be. Wow! I am really impressed with this outfit. They have integrity. Everything else can be over looked but these guys run an honest business and they take care of their customers. I bought a MacBook Pro 2016 15". There was some confusion and ambiguity surrounding the extended AppleCare warranty and it turned out that my machine wasn't covered. I called up and spoke with Michael, he asked me to let him research the issue and then within 15 minutes he called back with a resolution. They could have left me hanging and I would have been unable to do anything. They took care of it, these cats are honorable decent vendors. I messaged Mojo Computers to ask for help on fixing a cracked screen on an iMac. I was lucky to get Mike to reply. His response time was in seconds to minutes! He asked for a couple of pictures of the problem and was able to tell me that it's just the glass that's broken. Yay! lucky me because if it wasn't, it would have been $350+ job. Thanks for the honesty Mike!! I took the iMac over and was greeted right away when I walked in. The guys were all helpful, all offered to help carry the equipment. They were able to squeeze me in same day and only spent 15 minutes (even though they said it will take 20). Total cost was $150. They then helped carry it out to my car as well! Update: it's been almost 2 years since purchasing a 27" iMac and we have had zero issues with it, and have used it nearly daily since we've had it. I returned to Mojo Computers this past Saturday and was hooked up with a good deal on a specced out 2014 MacBook Pro. I'm very happy with it so far (day 3 of ownership), but it's nice to have the peace of mind that they run full diagnostics and back the purchase with a 6 month warranty. Since we had no issue paying the iMac off over the 18 months with 0% interest with the Synchrony financing (confirmed we never received a penny in interest charges) we decided to do the same on the MacBook purchase since it was available. DISCLAIMER: if you qualify and opt for the 0% interest through Synchrony bank, and you are not familiar with "0% interest, deferred interest unless paid in full" terms, be advised that you MUST pay off the ENTIRE balance by the end of the promo period (18 months for my purchase, your term may be different). If you do not pay it off in full, you incur something like 30% interest FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (meaning that Apple product you paid $1500 for, now just magically cost you $2000 because you didn't pay it in full by the end of the term). Just be advised, as I've seen some negative reviews for this place because people did not realize the terms of their 0% interest purchase. read more

We came in to purchase a new IPhone. It seemed like a great deal at first but it was the WORST company we could have worked with. They claimed we would pay $49.99 a month total for the new phone which would be 1,100. They started billing us $88 every TWO WEEK. Who would even agree to such a plan? The phone ended up not being new as they CLAIMED and it was damaged. We found out because the audio would not work on the phone. We went back to Mojo and they claimed we could take it to Apple Care. We went to both Apple Care & Best Buy and we're told the same thing, They said they could not do anything since the phone came like that and the warranty did not cover what we needed. We went back to Mojo where they told us we can send in our phone to their people and they would have to confirm. We explained that we had papers from Apple & Best Buy diagnostic test they ran. He said they don't trust Apple. Lol. They gave us a loaner phone & said the phone would be sent back in a couple weeks. When we went to pick up the phone they said they had sold it & gave us back the loaner phone and said to come back Friday as they will have a new shipment. This place is a joke run by money hungry people who have no respect for customer service or the simple truth. They have been dishonest from the jump and have continued to provide terrible service. Do not go here, they only care about money. Once the product is sold, they will not help you even though their merchandise is trash. Credit company will be giving me a full refund. Will never come or recommend this place to anyone. read more

TLDR: Talk to Mike the owner, he'll take care of you. After my last post, Mike personally contacted me to discuss how to set things straight. In the end he not only gave me two keyboard covers but also did a upgrade on my computer. He did a RAM upgrade to 16GB. He gave me an option for SSD but that was going to take longer. In the end everything is sorted out and I'm a happy customer. Now I read couple other 1 star posts but they just say this place is bad and their feelings were hurt. If you have a problem, state your problem and communicate with Mike. The guy is definitely reasonable and workable. Don't just take your anger out and be unreasonable. If they contact you, then communicate with them to settle a deal. Write facts only and not insults. read more

I am so sad to have to write a negative review as I used to LOVE THIS PLACE ! I came here back in December to purchase a Switch for my son for Christmas. When I got there I was ready to pay out of pocket for everything but they mentioned their finance options, which seemed great because I liked that I didnt have to shell out so much at once. Everything went great that day and I told friends and family about this place because I thought it was awesome and I was ready to finance a desktop and laptop through there once the switch was paid off and finished up on some other bills...well, recently left Joy con stopped working which apparently is a known problem with some of the Nintendo switches... wasn't too concerned because when I purchase a switch they explained to me that if at any point in time I had any issues they would be happy to resolve them and fix them as they also do repairs and would be happy to help me out...well, I called down there and they asked me to bring it down so I drove all the way from Corona only for the guy to tell me at the store that not only would they not repair it but they would not even be conscientious enough to send it to Nintendo for it to be repaired and that it was our problem and we have to do it ourselves! What the heck??? How rude.I get that you dont "have to" do anything but why wouldnt you honor your promise and help out a paying customer that has been referring you business and was planning on purchasing more from you??? He pointed out " wel its been more than 90 days so i dont have to help"..okay....sure...u dont "have to" but thats very poor, lazy customer service.Not to mention, they werent even busy when I went in...they could have easily helped out a single mom.Im so sad that I cant return because they wont be courteous and give above and beyond customer service :( they only do what they " have to" really wanted to continue to love them , but with this tyoe of attitude, I dont think I can :/ read more
