So happy with my purchase from here! Leo was very helpful, attentive, and gave me great customer service while I was shopping there today! I was able to find a Canon G7X at this store after I had been trying to hunt one down for months. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes and with a brand new camera! He even helped me with picking out an SD card and a protective case. I highly recommend this store if you're looking to buy anything camera, computer, etc. related, I definitely will be back again! Very disappointing first and last experience. I was looking for a Sony ZV-1F Vlogging Camera and came across Icon's website, where they had it listed for $389 on sale from $499--a solid deal. Nowhere on the site did it mention that this price was for a single open-box display model. That's misleading and borderline false advertising. I checked their reviews, which seemed okay, so I decided to call before heading in. Turns out, the phone number listed on their website (and on Apple Maps) was disconnected. Sketchy, but I still decided to go in rather than deal with warehouse pickup or shipping. I get to the store, ask for the camera, and the salesperson grabs it. I ask for the price, and after checking the computer for a few minutes, he tells me "$540 out the door." I show him their own website, where the exact same camera is listed for $389, and suddenly, things get weird. He talks to another employee under his breath, then comes back and tells me the $389 price was for a single open-box unit that had already been sold--something that was never stated anywhere on their website. At this point, I just wanted them to acknowledge the issue, but instead, they dodged responsibility. The second guy then tries to "work with me" and offers it for $490, then $480--acting like this was a deal. Then he actually tried to justify it by saying I was only paying $30 more than I planned to. Quick math would tell you that $389 to $480 isn't a $30 difference. Then, to top it off, he claims that selling it for $389 would mean giving up all his profits. Well, maybe don't list a product for a price you didn't want to honor. The whole situation felt unprofessional and sketchy, and it was clear they had no intention of taking accountability for their misleading pricing. After 20 years in business, you'd think they'd understand that customers value their time, money, and transparency,. Safe to say, I won't be shopping here again.

I've purchased 2 cinema camera rigs from Icon Cameras. They tend to have the items on hand. When they don't, they get it fast. If you're a lens geek then go check out what they might have. Their selection allowed me to go from beginner to pro with easy financing, and great service. The value of the location is well beyond what they have. It comes from the friendly nature of the store. I feel like they want me to have a great shoot, and that's more important than just selling me items. I recommend them all the time, and I'm recommending them now. Truth be told....I write this with a bit of a tear in my eye....not to get too melodramatic over a…read moreyelp review....but pictures...when done perfect and if your in a particular sentimental mood....can have that effect. Some backstory...Imagix/Michelle has done our yearly photos for our son from ages 1 to now 5. (See my past reviews). From somehow capturing a perfect moment from our perpetually moving blur of a son (ages 1-3) to patiently instructing four 70/80 year olds on how to hold their aforementioned 4 year old Tasmanian Devil grandson last year, Michelle is a magician/artist...I always leave the photoshoot stressed from the chaos Hurricane Daniel (our son) leaves in his wake....But every year we come back to look at the proofs and are amazed at Michelle ability to capture "lighting in a bottle" . This year was no different. Fortunately we survived the terrible 2's (...3's....4's....) and thanks to time, maturity, and the opposite of gentle parenting, our little Daniel, though far from perfect, is manageable. But we didn't want to make it too easy for Michelle, so we threw in another variable. After a recent canine cancer scare, and recently learning from Google that all dogs, however loyal and cute, unfortunately have an inescapable life, span, I somehow convinced my beautiful but camera shy wife that this is the year we do a family photo with our dog. Some more backstory, if you read this far, our Yorkie, Libby, loves us but HATES the rest of the world. She spent the entire hour photoshoot in perpetual scowl and Volume 11 non stop bark. One week later as she always does, lighting in a bottle perfection. I looked at the proofs with amazement. Our son, we expected....she's done it every year, but how she made a loud perpetual yapping bark into a impossibly cute smile is above my skill set. But I think her greatest feat is how she lessened the "he must be rich" looks gap between my wife and I. My wife is easy, even me with my amateur Android skills, it's hard for her to take a bad picture. Michelle mastery came with how she elevated me to "he must be funny" looks gap level. So why the tear? We loved one of the pics so much we purchased a large framed canvas print to hang on our living room wall. My 85 year old happened to be in town for his grandsons 5th bday so I asked him for an helping hand hanging the picture. I figured he has these family portrait hanging at my childhood home. My brother and I with our full head of hair and my mom shoulder pads captured the 90's to a tee...but what I always remember is the "proud" look my dad had on his face. A look of accomplishment shouting "look at me world and all that I love and created". Watching my aging dad struggle, listing to my aging dog bark in a locked room to protect my dad's ankles, I was suddenly reminded that time, as much as you want to hit pause, always moves forward. It's a good idea to stop and smell the roses, or in this case, look at the snapshot/memories/moments and take it all in. After my dad handed me the leveler and I put away the hammer, and I looked up....and yeah....I had that "Dad" look

The 4k camera, two motors, a motor arm, and half of a landing gear were destroyed. Well, the miracle workers at Sky Drone Link proved me wrong! I picked it up today, tested it, and it's like new. The team repaired everything (none of the parts I gathered from the sandy wreckage could be used, but that's okay). And you won't find anyone nicer. He is the kind of person you enjoy talking with, and he takes the time to explain everything. Yuneec's customer service is now, non-existent. We went to three of their advertised service addresses in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, and they all had been vacated. I feel lucky to have found Sky Drone Link and their wonderful staff for repairing my Yuneec Typhoon H. Come to them first if you've had a crash. They'll get you up and away again.
