The job took longer than estimated, but I did not mind that as I prefer a job well done over a job done quickly. That said, after being out for a few hours to let the paint dry, upon inspection I did note some spots on the walls and ceiling that had not been covered/were missed. Nothing major, but still slightly disappointing. It was also noted that there appeared to have been a slight paint spill which had been cleaned up, but still left paint visible on the carpet fibers. Despite these issues, the overall work was good and the old darker colors did not show through the new. I reached out to Michael regarding these issues and he was apologetic and understanding, taking my concerns seriously and offering other service to make up for it. All in all, I am relatively happy with the service provided and would be willing to give Michael another try in the future if I need painting done.

So I did my research on them and come to find out they are locally owned and operated for 27 years here in Austin and what made me even more thrilled to know is that they do not allow any door knocking that told me a lot right off the bat. So I contacted them and spoke with Jason Jospeh the owner and I forwarded them my insurance claim paperwork and he was onsite the next day. David, the manager, is super-responsive and knowledgeable. When I called to get an estimate on our front and backyard trees, he was able to meet up with me the same day for an estimate. He is highly knowledgeable on what will look best for your trees as well as what will keep them healthy and balanced and thriving. They are great at listening to your preferences and finding a way to give you what you want, and making sure that it is safe for the trees and will look good. We had a special request where we wanted all of the limbs over our driveway removed for our kids' basketball goal, and they were able to accommodate this while making sure that the tree still had a balanced appearance, even though it involved losing a lot off of one side of the tree. Their pricing is very fair given the amount of work and expertise that they bring. Their schedule is also flexible and convenient, and they were able to get us on their schedule within a few days of the estimate. The day of the work they showed up nice and early, but were also considerate enough of our neighbors to use nonpowered saws until a reasonable hour of the morning.
