Everyone had a great time from the youngest (5 yrs.) to grandma and grandpa. Keith was so accommodating to all the needs of our large group and everyone liked him so much. They gave great information upon booking the reservation on the phone. Parking was very easy but depending what time you go I'd go sooner for parking! The women who checked us in was very sweet. She explained everything to us. She told us where to go and how to stay safe. The man who got us on the boards was equally as nice. He gave us a quick course on how to use the boards. The boards were much easy than I thought. I felt secure and got the hang of it pretty quickly. We paddled to an amazing area with a waterfall and past some beautiful houses and shoreline. I loved that you could kneel , lay , stand and just float in the water. It was definitely a fun day and I can't wait to do it again.

The ride was awesome!! The trail was lovely and offered a view of various trees as well as other horses. The instructor got off her pony to take pictures from various points of views and angles. Not only did I complete the three week trip, I stayed another five weeks, for a total of 8, since I was so deeply immersed in the Island Camp and Sailing adventure program. I would like to say that I was 17, not 13-16 years old like some of the kids of this Yelp sites other reviewers, so came to the program with more maturity. Yes, portions of the trip were tough, yes there were mosquitoes at times if you stayed out too late or didn't prepare adequate cover, but we adapted and solved those unique and exciting experiences. I matured so much in so many ways over the course of that summer that everyone I came in contact with upon my return commented, astounded. I urge the parents considering this program for their kids to ask more questions before signing them up. This was and can be a peak experience for them! The sea bass and ling trips are fun because even if you don't catch nothing you still have a good time with the mates and crew. The squid trips are really good but you need to check forecast before you go because on a calm day you can get up to 100 and on a shitty rough day it's rare to catch anything. The bad thing is that it's sometimes very crowded like recently I went on a squid special trip and there were 92 people and its was packed and most people around me got sea sick and threw up on my shit. Overall if you just pick good days and avoid special trips you'll have an amazing time.
