When I received a phone call to schedule an appointment, I also thought I was talking to someone from Stanley Steamer. When the "technician" showed up in an unmarked van, I asked him. He had an accent and I did not catch that he said he was from Stainless Steemer. He said something about some changes in the company. He then quoted me prices that were not what I was given over the phone. We agreed on a price. I allowed him to clean the carpet since I had already moved my furniture. The cleaning was sub-standard. I had to point out areas on the stairs which required a bit of extra work. The technician took all of 45 minutes. I've done better steam cleaning my carpet myself. Danielle Shataynberger is the roodest individual and she can lie to you with no remorse. She is trying to comit fraud to the inssurance. I got flooded in June 2024. They cut 2 feet from the bottom one wall in the living room and 1 wall in the bathroom. They removed the baseboards from my house which is a small house : 800 sq feet house(2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). They put the machines to blow the air in those 2 areas where they cut the walls only and they sprayed some chemichals on those 2 areas only. After this they sent an invoice to the inssurance company claiming they cut all the walls in the entire house, they got a 3 tones dumster of debrees, cleaned the laundry romm, storage room , florida room, treated the floors in the entire house, treated all the walls in the entire house, worked for 72 hours, extracted water from my florida room(they never did anything in my florida room) and many more, which they never did. Tried to scam the inssurance company for over 18k. The inssurance company did not want to pay them those money. Probably they saw they were trying to scam them. Now they come after me trying to get the 18k for a work they failed to do. I wanted and offered to pay them for the only work which they did: remove the baseboards from entire house, cut 2 walls and treated those 2 areas and set up their machines only in those 2 areas. They refused claiming money for work they never did. I am explaining the work they claimed to the inssurance to be done, is still not done in my house and still needs to be done. This Danielle Shtaynberger is yelling at me shouting they cut all the walls and they need to be paid. I am explaining to her the walls are still intact and they can come to verify that they never did the work. I am requesting to speak to a manger or supervising and I am refused and threatend that they will put a lien on the house. I will take them to court and hopefully those companies will be shut down for scamming the customers and the inssurance companies as well.
