A late review I've been wanting to write because my experience was absolutely lovely and I just haven't had the time to write one. Both Henry and his wonderful wife Stephanie were professional, super friendly and easy to work with. I have a white linen fabric type sectional couch that had some spots and was sadly effected by the Getty fires since I keep my windows open.the couch got dirty from the thick dusty air and smoke remnants that it made it look grey and just gross. "I was really happy about Henry's promptness in responding to what I describe as, "an emergency call for my emergent need".My renters moved in Aug 31st with a dirty carpet. It was my intention to clean the carpet before move in, but was not able due to my work schedule. That same night I called Henry to make a next day appt. I was just hoping (with fingers crossed) that he can accommodate me with a short notice. But to my surprise, he said yes and made an early appt at 0930am the next day. Had great communication with Henry. Spelled out all of the details, gave a quote (that he stuck to), and because of his covering all of the bases, we didn't need to have a lot of back and forth. He offered to come on a weekend, which was fine for me, surprised he wanted to work on a Sunday. He and his wife were even a little early, which is nice. Again, solid communication letting me know when he was leaving for my house, asked if it's OK if they are early or if they should hold off, etc. The did a great job on the furniture and rugs. Wow where do I even start?! Henry and his crew were so amazing when I called them late one night after my office had flooded on a Sunday! They were so quick to get all their equipment together and got to me very fast. I used them right after Christmas. Right after we took the xmas tree down and all the guest left. There was heaving markings from everyone's shoes all over my apartment carpet. A big stain were the tree was all month long. The cleaners came in bright and early. Cleaned the whole apartment. Spot cleaned the tree stain. Well everything is back to normal.
