Our hitch was completed at 6:45 pm, so we drove off thinking all was well. Luckily, I was driving behind my husband and noticed the power wire was dangling a foot under the car. When we went back to ask them to fix it at 7:15 pm (15 min after they closed), the store manager said they were closed and that there was nothing they could do about it...she told us to find a store in the morning to fix it. She offered us a $50 refund because we weren't satisfied with the job they did. Again luckily, I was following behind my husband on the freeway, because I noticed that the back left tail light started flapping all over the place. When he stopped, we saw that the tail light wasn't even put back into place AND the snaps used to hold the taillight were sitting in our truck broken!!!! What kind of service is this? All of these issues are so dangerous and could have been avoided. Avoid this location if you can. I can't believe they allow cars to even leave their location like this. TERRIBLE!

Go inside and am greeted by a women at the desk saying, "excuse me but we aren't open for a few more minutes, we have paperwork to do." I say ok, can we at least wait inside, and get the response, "um, ok." Stand in waiting area for 5 more minutes with no more acknowledgement. Another customer walks in and starts heading over so we walk over to the desk. The general manger (Heather Horton) still doesn't acknowledge us, but a helpful employee next to her, says, "I can help you guys". He was super kind, and helpful. We watched over the next few interactions The GM (Heather Horton) had with customers. One lady came in and said I have a reservation and Heather looked it up, said you don't have one. The women slightly protested saying she had spoken to someone. Heather interrupted her, and said, "listen I'm the General Manager and I'm telling you right now, there is no reservation for you, and I don't have a truck/trailer for you." The customer relented and left. My husband and I just looked at each other shocked at the interaction. Good customer service should provide options, and help, not annoyance and hostility. Nothing like a manager throwing title aand attitude. Interactions with other employees were great, but management is toxic and driving business away.

No one noticed our unit had been broken into until we asked why there was a different lock on our unit. It had been about a month since the last time we visited our unit. We chose Alpine because they seemed to be the most professional in the area when we were calling around. Just disappointed about the lack of security and the lack of recompense. But hey, good news, the manager decided not to raise our (already overpriced) monthly fee along with everyone else. Now we know what to look for. Life lessons, right?

When the time came where I arrived in Utah and needed the storage unit, all communications ceased and there hasn't been a single attempt made at returning my phone calls, text messages, or emails. When I arrived to store my vehicle, I realized that the unit they assigned me is a very small unit, much too small to store a vehicle in. I have attempted to reach them countless times with no success. I would avoid this business at all costs. They will take your deposit and first month's rent money and vanish when you need them.

Great security system, great lighting, and on-premise management that lives on site. Second, the pricing is reasonable. If you find a better price they will match it and they are forever running specials to be competitive and keep the place full. My favorite thing is how accommodating they are. Need power? They find a unit close to an outlet. Need better access? They find a unit you can back a trailer to. Need a truck? They have a box truck they loan out for free to storage customers. It's more than just a shed.
