I then requested to be put in contact with the owner and general manager, and was told I'd be receiving an email with that information by the end of the day. I never received the email. Do not order from this company. Invest your money elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews first, but I trusted the company as it was recommended by my brokerage. It's a shame that my first time ordering open house signs for my business was such an awful experience. I am still attempting to contact the general manager and owner to resolve my issue. They use outsourced help - and they are spread between different departments and clearly don't talk to one another and are absolutely terrible to work with. I ordered one banner from them awhile back and had a decent experience, so I tried them again and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE! I wanted a backdrop for an Expo, some flyers, some posters... My online chat dropped 3 times, so 3 times I tried to explain what I wanted to a new person. If you have easy stuff fine, but the minue you need custom or have questions, expect a PITA! I would avoid! My printer was painless, fast, reasonable... this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had as a business owner. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this and am still waiting for their actual owners to get back to me and apologize for wasting SO MUCH of my time!

Continental Signs installed a sign at my property. They were courteous and the sign looks…read moreprofessional. However, after a couple weeks the sign did not have electricity coming to it. They came out once to inspect it for free, but then had a $250 diagnostics charge for the second visit when we could not figure out what the problem was. I had to hire an electrician afterwards to resolve the sign not getting electricity. When I called the company to discuss this issue the gentleman on the phone was polite but firm that they could not waive the $250 diagnostics fee. While I understand the need for a company to not lose money on their work I do not feel a $250 fee for a few minutes of follow up work for a customer that spent thousands of dollars on a sign was justified.
