Next day?! Hahahaha, that's a joke! It takes 24 hours to get your proof. Then, God forbid you have an issue, another 24 hours to get the new upload proofed. Then, if you even get back those days without making your client mad, or missing the deadline, unless you pay out the wazoo, you're waiting DAYS for your print. And then, you better pray it's printed correctly, because if THEY mess up, YOU are left waiting days for the reprint. AVOID!! Or at least do NOT order anything that requires you to speak to their Customer Service or Chat or get any help with. If I could give them one star I would, I wasted a day and a half dealing with an order that took my regular printer less than an hour and cost me 1/4 to 1/5 of the price! They sent me a quote (after hours and hours of nonsense and it was $1200 or so, my own printer who I should have used initially charged me less than 1/4 of the price and took less than an hour to deal with. They use outsourced help - and they are spread between different departments and clearly don't talk to one another and are absolutely terrible to work with. I ordered one banner from them awhile back and had a decent experience, so I tried them again and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE! I wanted a backdrop for an Expo, some flyers, some posters... My online chat dropped 3 times, so 3 times I tried to explain what I wanted to a new person. If you have easy stuff fine, but the minue you need custom or have questions, expect a PITA! I would avoid! My printer was painless, fast, reasonable... this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had as a business owner. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this and am still waiting for their actual owners to get back to me and apologize for wasting SO MUCH of my time! read more

The quality of the banner I received was good. The printing of my image was very good as well. The only problem I had is that my order was far from "next day." I placed my order on the 18th when I needed the item for an event on the 22nd. I paid for next day shipping and the quote said that my order would arrive by Friday the 21st at 8:00 PM. I did not receive my item until late on the 22nd. On the 20th, they notified me that there was a delay in my order. I contacted their chat service to cancel my order. The rep said the order is queued for production. Let me see if I can cancel it. I waited and waited. Then I got a call and stopped monitoring the chat. They closed the chat and put my item into production even though I told them I wouldn't need it if they couldn't be delivered before the 22nd. Another contact to their chat service and they "rushed" the item so that it could be delivered after my event was already over. I should have ordered my item sooner, but they overpromised and underdelivered. If you have time to wait longer than next day, they are probably a fine company to meet your custom printing needs. If you want next day because, you know, it is part of their name, try to find another option. read more

I wish I had seen these reviews first before I did an order that I needed from them. I placed an order with them on 5/22. The proof came back that I needed to approve 2 days later that prevented me being able to get the proofs on the day that I needed. I CALLED these people and talked to a woman named Jess who confirmed that I would be good if I shipped to another address. Jess confirmed that the new address was good, my proof was approved and I would receive my order on time. 2 days later AGAIN, I get a message saying that the proof needed approval?!? I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely unreliable business. I ordered brochures with "ready to ship next business day" and paid extra for 1-day shipping because I was on a tight deadline. I placed the order on Wednesday, and by Sunday I had only received a PDF proof. I was under the impression the order would already be delivered by then. When I contacted customer support, I kept getting different explanations. First, they said there was an issue with my file. Then they claimed it was password protected (it wasn't). After that, they said it was due to a high volume of customers. I repeatedly asked why no one contacted me if there was an issue with my file, and they told me they can't reach out to every customer because there are too many orders. That's not acceptable. "Next business day" should mean exactly that, regardless of how many customers you have. Somehow, by Sunday, the "password issue" magically disappeared and my file was suddenly fine. Terrible service. Because of this delay, we didn't have brochures for our event. I will never order from them again. read more

The print quality was extremely disappointing. I selected glossy cards with a more professional texture, but they arrived completely dull, and the material feels very soft, almost like low‑quality cardboard. This is not what they advertise, nor what you expect when paying for a "premium" option. The shipping process was also very unclear. I was told that the express shipping fee was charged per individual piece, and I still paid $45 to have it delivered to my home. Next Day Flyers should be renamed "Five Working Days Flyers" They might respond to your order on the Next Day and if you have any adjustments based on your proof they might respond to you on the Next Next Day and then they will tell you that they need 2 business days to execute your order but then they will tell you next week" I made an order on a Monday and was told on a Thursday that the order would be ready on the next Monday. The day AFTER my event. You cannot email or speak with the print shop directly. They use a Call Center that is clueless. Also, don't try to cancel your order once you've been down the road with them. Customer service told me my order would be prioritized for the next day, Friday. I unfortunately trusted their word again, and didn't check in at beginning of day Friday. I waited until end of day thinking I would receive an email with an update. They told me that the order is still backlogged and the team has left for the day. I get cutting costs on labor is essential to being able to compete however if your business is unable to make deadlines and require a high likelihood of consumer interaction, being your CS onshore until you get a handle on your workflow. Product was so bad I made a Yelp account. Had some business cards made that look like a child printed them. It was bad enough that the coloring looks nothing like what it shows online, rendering some elements of the card unreadable. Adding to this, the margins are completely off with the entire card being printed in the top left corner. But the real kicker besides the utter lack of any QA is the fact that all the cards are rotated about 5 degrees counter-clockwise, making the entire card plastered at an angle across what look like hand-cut borders. read more

I have placed many orders with these guys and always had great experiences until recently. I had a small change to my art which delayed everything, totally my fault. however the fallout from that was not handled well by this company. part of my order was done as expected, the other half of the order was finished late. Even though the shop said the job had been printed in the morning, all that needed to happen was for it to be boxed. I paid for a UPS pickup scheduled for 4:30pm before they closed. For some reason this company couldn't get it together to box up my print job and hand off to UPS, even though they had most of the day to do so. I probably called 12 times trying to get them to motivate to get the job ready for pickup and they never did. Even though the job was finished by the deadline, they weren't able to get it ready to hand-off to UPS before close. How this is acceptable, I cannot understand. Not to mention, just getting ahold of someone who knows what's going on is nearly impossible. There are layers of bureaucracy and you cannot speak to a single person on site. I have used many printers in the LA area, all of whom were much more accommodating and helpful. Half of my job never got passed off in time, which meant I paid for the job and never had any use for it. I still don't have the finished job to date and have not been followed up with once. I will for sure be using the other printers in LA who have had much better customer service in the future. read more

The final product was far below the standard I was used to from other professional printers. Next Day Flyers Review Order #: 09655169 I paid for expedited shipping and my business cards arrived 2 days later. There was no follow up email to notify me of the delay. I had to call to check on the status twice. On the first call they said it was in production and on the second call they said there was a delay with the printing process. Also, the printing quality was horrible when I received the cards. The ink was bleeding from the cards and some were not cut properly. I have ordered from Next Day Flyers three different times. Each time I paid extra for next business day printing AND next day delivery. All three times the postcards arrived days late. The first order I place was for a set of postcards to pass out at a large festival. The postcards promoted a weekly event. The postcards were delivered late because they had issues with their machines. Next Day refused to give me a full refund. They said I could still use the postcards because the promoted a recurring event. That wasn't the point. I ordered overnight delivery because the at the festival I could have passed out the cards to thousands of people all in one day. The gave a 50% refund, but I couldn't get back the lost opportunity. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered two more set of postcards. I again paid for expedited printing and overnight shipping. They were to be delivered on 12.01.21. One set arrived yesterday 12.03.21. No refund offered. The other set still has not arrived and according to FedEx, will not arrive until 12.06.21. For this one, they at least offered to overnight delivery fee. They should also refund the expedited printing fee. It is very clear on their website that there is higher cost to have your order processed sooner. If they cannot honor that, then they should not have it as an available service or they should be prepared to refund that in addition to overnight delivery. I paid for a service that I did not receive. I will not use Next Day flyers again. The quality of the products are great, but the late delivery and poor refund policy make it not worth it. This company has fallen into the toilet and is well on its way to the sewer, where it belongs. I used to enjoy having my designs printed by NDF, but in the past year especially they have become highly unreliable. Fairly incompetent. Recently I received an order of business cards that was horrible. The proof they sent was nothing like the final product I received. It was obviously off center by more than 1/16 of an inch. On a business card that is immediately noticeable. And there is no good reason for that shabby work. On top of that one edge of all the cards was raggedy, as if they used a dull cutting device to slice the cards into the final size. Along that raggedy edge there was a distinct black mark. On every single card in the same location. I am very tired of these people and their bad attitude. Whoever this Ashley K person is, she is part of the problem that has befallen this once good operation. I have read her remarks to disappointed customers and they are the words of someone who knows nothing about customer service. Possibly she is also a LIAR. What a lousy turn of events. This company is on its way out. At some point they will have NO return customers. read more

The forms came out great and just the way that I entered the template. My only issue with the pad is that I didn't realize that when I write on one, the pressure goes through the next 2 to 4 sets. So I have to tear off the top set before I write on it or get a piece of cardboard. Other forms I've ordered came loose in a set. read more

I had ordered 4 boxes (2 of 2 different sizes) as samples for what I hoped would be a larger order. These boxes were expensive (over $300!!), but I understood because they were samples. They were to be used for a photo shoot, so I needed them by a certain date. I ordered them in plenty of time - I had over 14 days. When the order was "delivered", only 2 of the 4 boxes arrived. One of the entire sizes was missing. In their order system, it says that all 4 of the boxes was delivered. However, the only 2 boxes arrived - fully assembled - and the outside shipping boxes said "1 of 1" on the outside. Customer service says they'll refund that portion of my money. They say the refund will take 14 days. Maybe so, but I still don't have what I'll need for my photo shoot. And of course, now I know not to use them for my actual product. read more
