I'm writing this review for Dr. Molly Casey, at Zen Wellness. What you're about to read is a real account of what happened to me and my partner at this clinic. If I could give sub zero stars, I would.As a feminist, I don't like the practice of giving poor reviews to small businesses, especially women owned ones at that. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic with Dr.Molly was nothing short of a disaster, and I would never recommend any friend or family member to see her for any type of treatment ever. My partner and I came to see Dr.Molly on the same day for chiropractic treatment. Dr.Molly was the only Doctor in the office that day, apparently Dr.Bobbi, her office mate was in surgery for back injuries- guess who her chiro is? You guessed it-Dr. Molly. That was our first red flag. We were put in separate rooms and our treatment began. I laid on the treatment table face down while Dr. Molly distractedly asked me a few questions about my well being, etc. There was a small cute dog in the office with me, who immediately proceeded to jump on my back and nestle into my bottom. I Was surprised she allowed that to happen but I chose to go with the flow and not say anything or react. While she asked me questions, She was more interested in her dog and what her dog was doing, even interrupting me to tell me about their relationship and her habits- which would normally be fine and great, as a pet owner and animal lover myself- but I was surprised that she was discussing her dog in such detail while I was in treatment. What followed in her behavior and attitude was truly appalling, rude and unprofessional. She hooked me up to the electronic pads that go on your back and left me with them buzzing uncomfortably. I was alone in the room for about 10 minutes when the electricity began to feel very uncomfortable and painful, and I began to panic and sweat with fear. This was not right. I'm a very cautious and compassionate person and I am also very self sufficient when it comes to my own health, that's why I seek out alternative and holistic care on occasion. My point is- I wasn't prepared to be in fear and pain in a holistic Doctor's office. But I was, and I was forced to call out to anyone who could hear me and let them know i was scared suffering and in pain.. The receptionist heard me and knocked on the door. I basically screamed to her to come in and help me. She opened the door and I lay there, topless and panicking from the pain of the broken electronic pads almost searing the flesh on my back. At that point Dr.Molly ran in and swiped them off my back and awkwardly apologized. She had been in the other room treating my partner, who later told me she had a similar experience with the inappropriateness of her dog in the treatment room and that when she heard me calling out in pain, Dr. Molly took a few moments to do quick distracted adjustments on my partner before running to my room. After she took the pads off, she left immediately and I was again alone In the room for another ten minutes, left to contemplate that uncomfortable pain and why she didn't do anything more to help relax the pain she caused with her faulty equipment. No offers of tea, water or any other relief. I was shocked. When she did come back to the room to complete my treatment, again her dog was allowed to jump on my back and nuzzle my backside completely inappropriately. This time I made a comment as to it being uncomfortable, politely asking the dog to step aside and get iff the treatment table.at this, Dr. Molly looked me squarely in the face and interrogated me-" are you SURE you're an animal lover!?" And again, "are you SURE you like animals?" After I awkwardly answered affirmatively one time, feeling ridiculously insulted at some strange Doctor person assuming that I dislike animals -which left me feeling incredibly upset at the thought of someone thinking of me as an animal hater on any level. This was the last straw. She proceeded to end the treatment and ask me to schedule another visit. I paid my copay and waited for my partner. Needless to say I didn't schedule another treatment. I stepped outside and immediately began to cry. This was the most uncomfortable, useless and awkward visit to any doctor I had ever had. Angry that I even have to write this review --but after thinking long and hard ( this was 8 months ago) I feel I need to share this, especially because unfortunately neither Dr. Molly nor anyone at Zen Wellness, attempted to contact me after the appointment to apologize or extend any form of recognition about the terrible experience- no call, email or even a complimentary coupon. Not only is this indecent business practice in general, but the fact my health could have been in real danger due to their misuse of equipment is just unforgivable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for chiropractic treatment. read more

Dr. Molly is truly one of a kind. From the moment we walked into her practice, she's been incredibly welcoming--not just to me and my wife, but also to our three kids (ages 3, 5, and 7). She's patient, warm, and makes each visit a positive experience for the whole family. She supported my wife throughout her entire pregnancy, providing thoughtful, consistent care from start to finish. Her knowledge and approach gave us both peace of mind during such an important time. As someone who trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I've had my share of injuries, and Dr. Molly has been a huge part of my recovery. She takes time to explain what she's doing and uses detailed scans to really understand what each patient needs. That kind of personalized care is rare and deeply appreciated. She's also been amazing with our kids--helping them work through sensory loads and offering support tailored to each of them. On top of her adjustments, she always shares practical tips and suggestions to promote overall wellness at home. We're grateful to have her in our corner--highly recommend her to anyone looking for chiropractic care for the whole family. read more

100 Stars, still wouldn't be enough to describe what Dr. Molly has done for me! I am a Migraine sufferer and have degenerative joint and bone disease as well as spinal and cervical compression. I see Dr. Molly 2x a week, she adjusts my neck and back, and without her service, I wouldn't be able to move, walk, work! She aids me through some of the worst migraines, by resetting my Nervous System regularly as well as allowing me to move about daily! She goes Above and Beyond for all her patients, she will educate me on things I can do to help myself in between visits, while still being so down to earth, that I feel like I'm hanging out with one of my friends during our session! I started going to Dr.Molly about a month and 1/2 ago. I've struggled with headaches constantly along with anxiety. I have already noticed a significant change in the frequency of my headaches, and just felt less stressed in general! She is an amazing person and is very nice.
