I opted not to have surgery, which I understood was not always successful and spent 4 months in PT with Joe. The treatment plan was always specific to my current range of motion, pain level and the activity level I wanted to achieve. We diligently worked through all of the functionality. I have been suffering from a chronic pinched nerve and lower back pain for years now and meeting with knowledgeable staff who helped me identify problem areas really helped me stop putting off the necessary care I needed. DJ from Soul Physical Therapy was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me their information. Fast forward to today - I've gone a couple times and am seeing improvement. I had a bad skiing accident where I could not put a shirt on or turn the steering wheel left. First, I went to another national known PT place and they did a very good job. A few months later, I had stabbing electrical pains shooting down my left arm. I went to the doctor. The X-rays showed disk compression on 4 neck vertebrae, and I think C6-C7 area was the one pinching down on my nerve. This was the one that was effecting my tricep area in my left arm. So, I was given another prescribtion to go to PT. I was like how is another PT session going to cure a nerve issue?
