Amazing atmosphere. Waitresses are friendly. People both regulars and drop ins make it lively! They have darts and a pool table!

There are probably many reasons this place is always dead but the most common reason locals give is the terrible service of bartenders who are too busy on their phones or socializing with friends. They will walk by you and pretend to never notice your empty drink. When you dare interrupt them for service, they act put out, like you're bothering them. In fairness, there is an occasional decent bartender in there but you're mostly going to have to deal with the ones I just described. I guess they're thankful for the few friends and insiders who agree to post positive reviews to help their ratings. Positives: it's a decent looking place with a jukebox and darts, booths and bar tables, and a decent selection of beer and alcohol. Kaylee was my bartender. She was very tentative, kept checking on me. She may be the reason I go back, she struck random conversation with me and it was pleasant. Granted it was a Monday and there weren't many folks there. I will be going back Wednesday night as it is popular with what they call Big ass beer night. Just big glasses with whats on tap which is quite a selection as you'd expect from an Irish pub. I understand they may serve food, I've never attempted to order food from bars. May update this depending on how it goes each time I visit but I'm thinking about making this my go to bar. On Wednesdays - Darleen was my next bartender and she was sweet too, carded me and didn't believe I was 31 she has a great presence, Often made remarks within earshot to start a convo, yelled at the regulars jovially and made the place a joy to be in. Bar itself was a bit more busy than Monday. There was a basketball game on, a larger group of people over by the darts area watching it at the big table. But still kind of lax. Big beers were 3 bucks for domestic before nine, went back a bit after nine and they were 3.25 which still isn't bad for the big glasses they give you. read more

The two bartenders were pretty nice. A crowd came in for a birthday party and the one guy immediately dropped a beer on the floor as soon as he got it, but the bartender kept her cool about it so that was pretty nice. read more

Atmosphere is fine regarding other customers. For me, the issue is more so how the bartenders treat you. Basically if you're not a regular there they treat you poorly. I've been to this location about 5 times and each time the bartenders are nice, quick to get another drink, make small talk and actually SMILE at "regulars". If you're not a regular get used to slow service, bad attitudes, and zero personality from the bartenders. A very unwelcome atmosphere given off by the staff. That's probably why each time I've been in there are only like 4 to 5 people. They need to do better and have their staff pull the stick out of their ass and treat all people the same. While I was here, there were only a dozen other patrons and none were sitting near me. I don't smoke yet I still went home smelling like an ashtray. Otherwise, nice neighborhood hangout with friendly bartenders. Better ventilation or banning smoking would have made it great read more

Hey don't go here unless you are visibly over 35 y/o. They will make comments about you, profile you, and keep staring at you the entire time you are there. This place is a great little neighborhood bar if you are in the League City area. You can barely tell the building used to be a Burger King. =) One thing that I enjoy about this place is it feels like a true neighborhood Pub / Bar. The staff have always been very friendly and they have a nice selection of beer on tap. I have never tried any of the food items on the menu, but others seem to enjoy them. read more

I live a few blocks away but just started to go regularly. It can get very crowded later on, especially weekends. But, we always find a place to sit. The staff is always friendly. There is a good selection of beer. The food is very good and plentiful. I love the jukebox. A wide selection so it isn't the same music being played all the time. read more

Molly's is a nice little dive bar in League City. It's got a solid selection of on-tap beers and is usually pretty busy on weekends. Its biggest limitation is that it used to be a fast food restaurant so it is limited on space and doesn't have any sort of beer garden or anything. But they do a good job of maximizing the space they have - there are plenty of tables, TVs, darts, and your standard array of bar video games. I would say the staff is about average - they are usually pretty friendly, but you can tell when some of them are having a rough night. I've tried a few items off their menu and it is pretty good for bar food. Overall, if you are in League City and looking to grab a beer, it's as good of a place as any! read more

I like the sandwiches here when you need a quick bite or just to come out and have a few and sober up. It can be lively on the weekend and super chill during the week. They do have good drink specials. Definitely would recommend. read more

Totally sucks that you can smoke in bars around here. I guess I'm hypersensitive to smoke since I live in places where it is banned. Bartender was friendly and drinks were cheap. But I'm not a fan of second hand smoke. So 3 stars is the best I can do. read more

Yeah, cool little place to wet your whistle and chat. Typical cozy Irish type pub with Guinness mirrors, dart boards and friendly staff. The only reason i didn't give them a 5 star rating is in spite of all the Guinness stuff on the walls they don't offer it on tap, only bottles. Really! You aren't a true 100% Irish pub unless you have either Guinness or Murphy's stout on tap, but it's still a great place to hang though. read more
