Go! Have a drink! Make some friends, play some music, enjoy a game of darts while you can. This staple is such a wonderful neighborhood bar and regulars are in here every day! I've been a resident of Clear Lake for about a year now, and happen in here about once a week. Every single day they have a deal on beer specials: $2.50 domestics and discounted pitchers, and $3 Blue Moon specials on Friday nights (I think that's right). But you'll have a great time not only spending little, but enjoying cool draft beers. Every now and then they'll also have some events with live music, outside festivities, and guest people who will cook some good food. St. Patrick's day is also an annual holiday that you'll want to partake in at this place. They also have a Halfway to St. Pat's Day (believe it or not). Come see it for yourself. They also have an outside patio where another bartender is on duty. On a nice day outside, it is the place to be. You can also order food from other restaurants and they'll let you eat it in the bar. The dart board is also cool, although you gotta pay to play it. It is worth it though! Come on to Molly's and see what good things this little neighborhood dive has to offer! Best staff ever! I love this place for so many reasons but the main one is because the amazing staff they treat you like you matter and are always on top of everything! In particular, Shelby, Macy, Mike and Eric are so inviting and welcoming. I always choose this bar over others because of them mostly! The prices here are unbelievably high. Happy hour drinks costs are higher than anyone else's. The bartenders are beyond rude and I can name names: Sally, Lolly, and some chick named Mandy or something that starts with M. So here's my story: I was sitting with a bunch of friends on a Wednesday drinking beer specials. Since they don't keep a wait staff, I bussed our table and took about 8 empty beer glasses to the outdoor bar (Lolly's station) and asked for another beer. When she brought my beer, I could tell that the glass had already been used and smelled like saliva! SHE POURED MY BEER INTO ONE OF THE DIRTY GLASSES THAT I BUSSED FROM MY OWN TABLE. Be warned. I like this place a lot. I've lived in Webster area for about 7 years now, and this is my little secret get away. It's dim, friendly, never overly crowded. And the patio in the summer time is beautiful and dog friendly. Aside from the construction kind of ruining the whole outside view/esthetic. The place is ok. It's changed over the years and now has a pretty young crowd. They carry a lot of craft beers, some local. Bartender wasn't very attentive so we had to wait, flag her down, then order. The music was so-so. Some of it good, some of it hard core grunge rock. Seemed like someone had control of the jukebox. They don't serve food, but you can get food delivered. I think this is a hit or miss place. I prefer the Molly's in League City. read more

I had a hard time trying to decide whether this was one star or two stars. One star generally means I would never go back - and I purposely avoid coming to this place at all costs. Yet I still have a few Yelp check-ins here, which would tend to lead to a second star - except I could not think of any good reason to award a second star. Beer: they have it D-bags: they have them in spades (editor's note: that means there are quite a lot of them) Loud. Dirty. Lots of uggos (and no, the "drink until they become attractive" game does not work here unless you want to end up in the ICU) Rude bartenders - sure, subordinate my order to the d-bag with the Affliction shirt that calls you a "dudebro" like totally. Dart board is always monopolized by people bad at darts. Sherlocks is nearby - such a better choice all around. read more

In my opinion, this is the best little pub around! They have a large, open patio and quaint inside seating. The bar tenders are on the ball and provide excellent customer service. My husband and I make many trips up there!!! The thing we like most is we can bring our dogs up there. As long as your dog is on a leash, they can enjoy the great outdoors while you enjoy a tasty beverage! The waitresses (or bartender) will even give them their own bucket of water. Wednesday nights are the best. They have big ass beer night. You get twice as much beer for a little price. Any night is wonderful at Molly's to have a nice cool beverage! read more

One of the worst experiences here at a bar in the area. The bartender Cassandra was rude and took forever for a single shot and beer bottle. She completely ignored me after serving my friend next to me and continued to talk to the two other people at the bar. It was too slow for the service we got and it felt very unwelcoming. We were originally excited to come here since we're new to the Webster area and are friends with a few regulars here but we were really disappointed in our visit. We are all long time workers in the service industry and two of us are also bartenders so we're very understanding. The lady next to me at the bar saw I was upset and she asked me if I also was waiting on a drink and I said yes and she said she was also waiting a long time. I obviously did not tip and after we sat down I could tell she was upset and mentioning it to another person and giving us a mean mug. We left our drinks full and gave our business and money to the bar next door. read more

Molly's is a chain of bars, and this is probably my favorite location. Before Hurricane Ike I preferred the Galveston location, but... well.. times change. Anyhow this is a neighborhood dive bar that is frequented by the Univ. of Houston Clear Lake crowd as well. Prices are fair, and they stock a good number of beers and liquors. They don't have anything higher than 101 (ie: no 151 Rum) so flaming drinks are out of the question. There's a nice patio for those who want to smoke. Inside there is ample seating as well as dart boards and a juke box. Wednesday night is "Big Ass Beer" night, with specials on pints. read more

Molly's is my local pub. Located right in the heart of Clear Lake and gives that divey, bar atmosphere that us beer drinkers crave. I've been coming here for years, has that small town vibe and the bartenders recognize you. If you are looking for a classy bar, this isn't your place- but it's what makes me love Molly's. They have a great draft selection- offers everything from your standard beers to craft beers (they usually have Yellow Rose from Lone Pint which is my go to). Also several nights a week they have specials- big beers, $10 pitchers, etc. along with a full service bar. Molly's has three dartboards which on some nights fill up quick. Usually the crowd will let you hop on their board and join in the fun. There is a jukebox, so bring cash or connect your CC to play your jams. Other than that, not much going on here at Molly's. There is outdoor seating and smoking allowed on the patio. Indoor seating there are bar height tables and booth seating. Great place to stop in and have some cold beers with friends! read more

Molly's is definitely my favorite bar in Clear Lake because it's simply that... a bar. There's no dancing or karaoke or live bands -- it's just a great place to sit out on the patio and have a drink. The inside of Molly's feels a little depressing and dark to me so I prefer to sit outside even on a hot and humid Houston evening, but they do have darts inside if you're into bar games. All the bartenders and waitresses are great and the patrons are usually pretty well behaved. Although I was with a group that did get shushed once... but I think the bartender was in a bad mood that day. They have great happy hour specials ($6 pitchers -- yes please) and Wednesday is Big Ass Beer night and you can never go wrong with a big ass beer. They don't serve food but they don't mind if you bring your own either. Bring a friend, or bring your dog, or just bring yourself and chat with some of the regulars that frequent the joint. My friends and I often meet for happy hour at Molly's Pub. We enjoy sitting on the porch, sharing a $5 pitcher and enjoying each other's company. While the deck and outdoor bar is great on a nice evening, the indoor ambience leaves something to be desired. read more

Sat at the Bar for 30minutes while the bartender showed all the other bar goers her bug bites on her legs. NEVER got offered service, never got a drink and left after realizing that the other girl sitting at the bar in her pajamas was a waitress. Horrible! Never will go back!!! Be very careful. The bartenders here will add a few extra dollars on your bill. It will be a small amount in hopes that you will not dispute the charges. Management does little to help aid the customer. They present you with a less than desirable attitude. I had to bring in my receipt and bank statement, and they were still reluctant to help. I wounder how many people have been taken advantage of. This issue is still not resolved. Next step, disputing the charge on my credit card. I love Molly's in general, cozy, friendly and cheap. You'll find the typical Clear Lake crowd here. Cheaper than Sherlocks. More of a college age crowd at night.

This is a chill place with a good beer selection and some great bartenders. Shyama and Lollie are legit bartenders and can throw together some shots. If you want a chill place where you don't have to scream to hear eachother and just relax this is the place. Dive bar but everything ya need. It's my go to bar. read more

When visiting different Molly's pubs I've always had very inconsistent experiences but I would have to say the Molly's off El Camino is by far my favorite I've never had a rude bartender or a bad waitress the crowd here tends to be a little friendlier as well. It's a good place to go play darts and listen to good music on the juke box. read more

The BAY AREA RUGBY CLUB hang out for Thursdays after practice and Saturday's after our games! This Molly's pub location has got a great cozy pub feel to it. When you walk in you feel welcome. Awesome staff, 3 dart boards, booths, tables with chairs and stools, digital jukebox, indoor and outdoor areas and a wide selection of brews and booze.
