Had a new expensive DE pool filter and a new Chlorinator for my salt water swimming pool late last…read moresummer .Found out the water inlet and outlets were hooked up in reverse. Damaging the chlorinator and wash out DE filter elements into the pool and the filter is not working at all. I am still can not use the pool. Sent many pictures to the owner but waited for a long while before they showed up at their own schedule.But the worse part is that they crushed the electric cable under the heavy filter while they tried to reverse the water in and outlet to the filter. They did not fix up the chlorinator or recharging the DE filter to make it works. Now The owner does not want to fix anything when I try to give them another opportunity to fix their mistake. I did not get a word of apology for the elemental mistake that they made.Not worthwhile to spend money with this company. I have plenty of pictures to prove all I had said. He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! It was a very big (HUGE) decision for us - but we are so happy we trusted you. Our three kids are having the time of their life - this pool brings us so much joy already!! P.S.
