(In fact their prices are too reasonable and should be raised!) Just nice, decent folks you don't see much of these days. His recommendations were also fantastic- we used his mason, Eddie who was also amazing. And his architect Genarro Finelli. I saw some negative posts by a few haters about not being able to get Gus to service certain people's pools, because they weren't built by Gus. Then, I realized the auto-fill they installed wan't even complete. There is a custom piece that connects the water supply to the pool that was never left with us that renders the feature completely worthless. Spent 10's of thousands of dollars just to be ghosted. In 20 years of owning this pool and using several services over the years for the problems that are beyond me and I've never dealt with another company as unprofessional and self righteous.

We had a pool built and we have a leak. The leak has been happening since the pool was installed!! We had to spend $800 to find the leak, we contacted Dominick the owner of Arena contracting NUMEROUS times via phone calls, texts, emails!! We have everything documented. He promised us to fix the leak last year, he said he would be here to fix early this summer!! Dominick ignores our calls, texts emails and NEVER came to fix the leak. This is AWFUL business practice and I would never recommend this company to build your pool or build anything. How frustrating, you pay on time, a lot of money and he takes your money and doesn't give you a completed error proof project!! So now only recourse is the hard and aggravating path to go down!! My husband And I are furious and will start legal proceedings. It's just not right!!

Their work was textbook high quality. No shortcuts were taken. The owner, Dominic, and the workers were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed timely and exceeded expectations. They kept me updated on the progress and asked questions as things came up. Never had to chase them down or worry about a thing. By far, one of the best experiences I have ever had doing work on the house. Highly recommened
