Our experience was nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is terrible, and the owner, Tom's attitude is dismissive and disrespectful. He is unable to communicate respectfully with contractors, excavators, or property owners, creating tension and unnecessary conflict. And quite frankly, he doesn't care. There is no reasoning with him. He is combative and unprofessional. As professionals in the customer service industry ourselves, we were shocked by how dismissive and disrespectful he is. This company is simply not worth the aggravation. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Spoke to two and was underwhelmed by the responses and overwhelmed by the estimated costs. And then upon a recommendation I called Swim King. Dennis Galderisi answered the phone and from his the very first words my anxiety came down. Dennis was absolutely great. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.
