Osa Coffee Roasters is a local coffee spot that shares space with The Hideout on Gallatin Avenue in East. I have passed by this spot for a while and recently decided to pop in for a Cold Brew! Osa is a walk-up/window operation, so efficiency is their deal. They have a small but mighty menu of all the coffee house classics from espresso, lattes, Chai's and tea's. They also have offer a small selection of baked goods including scones, cookies, muffins and croissants. While it is a to-go spot, they do offer a small outdoor seating area to the left of the windows. There are a few tables and benches. It is uncovered, so use it contingent on the weather. Service was solid and friendly. The Barista was friendly, helpful and quick! Parking is easy with spots lining the front. It is technically a paid lot, but the businesses there validate, so no worries. Overall, Osa is a cool neighborhood spot. The Cold Brew was delightful, and I will certainly be swinging by a bit more when I find myself on Gallatin!

Went early in a Saturday and ordered and iced vanilla latte and pastries from Dozen bakery at the window. There was plenty of parking out front. Service was quick and efficient. The latte was not too sweet and the coffee tasted freshly roasted. The croissants from Dozen were maybe some of the best ever in Nashville. Strongly ecommend for a quick cup of coffee!

Left is iced dirty chai with oat milk. Right is iced vanilla latte

Cute walk up spot with a sitting area for working or hanging. Great coffee that isn't made too sweet! Fast service, but shitty parking.

I wanted to like it. I bought a bag of coffee and it tasted nothing like the flavor notes on the label!

The menus are filled with great options from your classics of avocado toast and waffles, to special plates like shakshouka and ramen, along with dishes with a little more umph like burgers, banh mi's, burritos and much more! When in East Nashville, I usually make an effort to swing by for an iced coffee at minimum, but have been known to grab biscuits and gravy from time to time...never a bad decision either. The space is good sized, features an open dining area with a small bar all surrounded by floor to ceiling windows/garage style doors that open up to the cozy patio. A space for everyone. Service is solid and friendly. There is a lot on the menu, so they are happy to walk you through it as needed...and also give you the time needed, which I definitely utilized on my first trip in. Overall, definitely a fan of ITCC and their location in East!

It's just a nice, clean, attractive coffee house with really nice staff and great coffee. The biscuit I had was okay but small, but I came there for coffee. I ordered a pour over of their Worka Sakaro coffee bean, and I saw them brew it in a ceramic Kalita Wave and bring it to the table. I enjoyed it a lot! Just remember that, when you order something made with a specialty bean, it will usually taste different from just regular old coffee, and that's a good thing. Really, it's delicious! The people working there are very nice and very friendly. They do a great job at making people feel welcome. Parking can be tight in that area, but there is a parking lot next to it with validated parking. It's easier to figure out than some places I've been.

The staff are kind, beautiful humans, the coffee is genuinely phenomenal, and the pastries are dangerously good. Clean shop, clean bathrooms (important), immaculate vibes. I do miss the couches they used to have, but I forgive them because, everything else. I love their cause. I love their coffee. I love everything about this place. I will be back again and again. My coffee machine broke, so I started coming here more. Got a new coffee machine. Still coming here regularly. That's how you know it's real.
