My wife loves the younger looking fashions and Rainbow has many of the cute styles she prefers. Wifey likes to first browse in their outside 5 and $7 clearance racks she found a really stylish little yellow polka-dot halter for the nice weather. There are just so many thousands of pieces of clothing consisting of every style and color in this small space. Inside the store looks as vividly colorful.. as a rainbow. BIG Jim has lost a little weight recently, but it was really tough for me to be able to squeeze through their closely spaced isles. if there was someone shopping I just couldn't even get through I would have to look at something else. Little 5 foot nothing.. Wifey also had some issues getting through the aisles without hitting the racks. I don't remember it being so tight in here when we were here last. There were a gazillion new styles of sandals in the rear shoe department and wife took off like a shot. There's a certain style that she liked with a sparkle platform bottom. But then all of a sudden drops of water started to hit us in the head and on our clothing. looking up I was surprised to see there were no tiles in some areas of the ceiling. These ceiling tiles were really nasty you did not want this water dripping on you. Looking at the floor I could see puddles of water with no caution cones or even catch basins as the water was dripping every second from several spots. it was difficult to find someone to inform as there was no one behind the desk. after several minutes I located an employee to inform who brushed it off like it was absolutely nothing. No apologies, no caution cones, Oops... As one of these nasty drops of water did hit me in the head, I needed to go home and shower immediately. I told wifey to hold up the shopping for a little while, as I wanted to get this nasty stuff off of me. I was kind of turned off by the way the employee handled the issue. I'm thinking how many of pieces of clothing have this nasty water dried up into it and you'd never now. Ownership really needs to fix this issue.of open ceilings with disgusting water dripping on their clients. I don't understand why this issue is permitted to persist for so long. Looking at some other yelpers reviews I can see this has been like this for a while. Perhaps this review will prompt ownership to fix this facility. They still give good service. They bring you the shoe that you ask for and they don't crowd you. In my days, we brought multiple shoes JUST IN CASE. There is not a lot of suggestive selling. They do have good shoes that are comfortable and not costly so that you can afford to buy 2 pairs. They do have discounts available on some shoes and when buy you can sign up for the friends and family and get a great discount off your entire order. They also wrapped up my purchase with black wrapping paper and stuffed them in a white bag with nice ribbon handles. The shopping bag looks very nice but it got wet in the rain so I had to throw it out.

I've bought bras from this place for many years since I was really young. At the beginning, it was ~$50 for a nice bra, and the sales people were very helpful and accommodating with discounts. In recent years, the price went up drastically, $80+ per bra, but the products are still the same, shipments from China with no certified source of materials or brand R&D. Despite knowing their crazy profit margins, I worked around that price point because I was looking for Asian bras. But what prompted this review is the way they squeeze every dollar out of you through their membership program, which should benefit the customers. First, this place doesn't allow any returns, only exchanges. At a ~$80 price point, zero return policy for bras not underwear is really unacceptable. Last week, I walked into the store, took a look at two bras, and bought one of them. They gave me a membership discount of $10. Today, I called wanting to buy the other one. They told me the discount is only for February but I visited the store in February. At any other American place, it would have counted as the same purchase, and there would be a price matching policy. Or at the very least, for a loyal customer who's been buying bras from this place for at least 7 or 8 years, this so called membership policy shouldn't be so "strict"! Even though I moved to LA in the past two years, I still went back to the store including this most recent time in February. I am quite disappointed with the way they treat their loyal customers, and I really don't think they care. I am done with this place, searching for a new Asian bra store.
