Visited October 30th with my friend. It is located off Broadway in Chico. I do like pho but was saving myself for Tres Hombres. He got the pho to go ( vegetarian). Flavorful! ( had a bite). It has a kind of cold atmosphere..not very welcoming where you want to sit down and enjoy your meal. Employees were busy prepping and not ready to engage with the public ( they just opened the doors so I understand). Its more of a take out place which is good for the area. I would say get the protein bowl! Good alternative! read more

So clean. People are so nice. They take their time creating the Poke bowls for you. As a vegetarian I am stoked to have some more options downtown. I haven't been here when they're busy but be sure to patronize and keep them around on Broadway! Prices are also very reasonable compared to similar-sized meals. read more

Incredibly impressed by this darling poke spot. Super clean and by talking to the owners they have plans of exhibiting some local artists work. The service was so kind and helpful! I have never been to a build your own sauced poke place and they were patient and guided us the whole way. Everything was awesome and I loved how many options for toppings, sauces and proteins you can add to your bowl. Really reasonably priced for how much yummy food you get. And best of all it's walking distance to a park too if you have a kiddo that needs to get some energy out. If we lived in Chico this spot would be on heavy rotation. Check it out! read more

Poke bowl (Sushi rice, salmon, yellow tail, pineapple, edamame, furikake, chili crisp, fried garlic, masago, sweet onion, green onion, wasabi aiolii, house shoyu): Wasabi aioli tastes like wasabi. Its a light sting but still noticable. If ur like me, I dont recommend wasabi aioli. I normally dont like wasabi in sushi either tbh. The sting distracts from everything else. They didnt have mango at the time but Pineapple adds a surprisingly nice sweet addition to the poke bowl Proteins are smaller than expected. But they still do add a good amount. Im not the type to know the difference between fish. The proteins were good. Its what you'd expect kinda good. Sushi rice is amazing. Love sushi rice, could literally eat it by itself Idk which it is (furikake, fried garlic or chili crisp) but they do add a nice flavor to the rice and overall bowl. Also I assume it was chili oil, it was chewy which was also a nice addition to the bowl I dont even notice the green or sweet onions. That means theyre good Extra Empty restaurant at 3pm on a thursday. It is sprinkling today tho. Someone did come in as I was ordering and another while after I finished my meal Service is quick, allowed me to look at the menu at my own pace and made my bowl as soon as I was ready Water is free and she even asks you if u want a straw Mix ins are mixed in with the protein and sauce before added to the bowl Furikake, fried garlic, and chili crisp are added to the bowl last. Sauce is added with protein and some more when the bowl is near finished Free peppermint at the counter Chopsticks and utensils at the counter Im not used to this. They have a real ceramic bowl if u order poke and eat here. Desite eating at the restaurant, theres barely social interaction when you're eating. which is perfect for me as an introvert. Currently sitting at the table here by the window absolutely devouring my food with my girlfriend. Super tasty food, we both rate it 10/10. The workers up front were super nice and cool and got the food ready quickly, even brought water cups to the table when I asked for water. This was our first time at Momos Poke, and it's already a new favorite. My husband and I tried the house pho, chicken pho and Thai tea. I also sampled the Thai green tea. The pho was packed with flavor--so good I hardly needed to add anything extra. The Thai tea was easily the best I've had in Chico: perfectly balanced sweetness, with just the right milk-to-tea ratio. The green tea, with its subtle jasmine note, was unique and definitely something I'd order again. Prices felt very fair for the quality and service. The servers were very attentive and kind. Came here to enjoy some pho after my coworker mentioned it though it was only available on the weekend and Friday, but should become more available throughout the week as the colder months set in. Great pho with the usual accompaniments of mint, beansprout, jalapeno and sauces. Delicious hot broth with sliced raw beef cooked, pieces of small brisket, beef meatballs, and springy rice noodles. Will come back again due to food and nice quaint atmosphere that was not too loud even though it was lunchtime. Got some Thai tea too. read more

First and last time going to Momos. I have never walked out of a restaurant feeling so disappointed. I was very excited to try a new poke place in town, but the experience was a letdown. I'm not one to leave Yelp reviews, but I didn't want anyone else to walk in and have the same experience. The server didn't fill up the scoop when serving portions of protein, and the crab salad--something you pay extra for--was also consistently under-portioned. Additionally, I felt like a bother when ordering, which dampened the overall experience. I walked out feeling dissatisfied, especially compared to the generous portions at Halo Hawaii. I hope they can improve, but for now, I'd suggest trying other options. read more

Fantastic lunch spot in Downtown Chico. Went there today with a friend and we both agreed that we loved our lunch choice. I had ahi in my bowl with plenty of delicious veggies and toppings. I am (sadly) very wimpy with spiciness but my friend loves spicy so we experienced the range of options. I added avocado ($1.50) and it was fresh and a generous amount. Customer service was excellent. Overall, such a good experience and we are happy to have this healthy option in Downtown. Pricing was very much in line with many places we go out to eat, I felt like a better value for the quality of produce and options that we have found in other restaurants.
